Very slow service, food was OK, not a ton of flavor. They forgot one item completely. They were out of several things (4:30pm). No soap at all in the restroom. So how do the employees wash their hands while at work? I went to the restroom and came back they had cleaned my table & given it to other people and there were plenty of other empty tables. That's unacceptable & they just said sorry.
Had a great meal. Only thing that would have made it better was if my waiter wanted to work. First we arrive and it takes him at least 10 minutes to come ask us what we wanted to drink after getting seated. We eventually get our drinks. He then doesn’t ask us for our order. We then watched him sit at the bar for at least 20 minutes talking to his coworkers, who weren’t concerned about taking care of the table next to us either. Eventually my friend makes eye contact with him and glares at him. He then comes over and gives a huff before asking us if we are ready to order. We then place our orders. Eventually the food comes out and it was great! He didn’t even bring out the food we got. Props to the cooks and I wish I could have tipped them. But shortly after getting food we run out of drinks. Our waiter is seen again sitting at the bar chatting up a storm not caring about taking care of any tables. After another 15 minutes of waiting, we then have to call over a random person working to refill our drinks. He was kind and brought us the drinks. I then tipped him the tip my waiter did not deserve. After that we wait another 20 minutes and nobody has come to give us our checks. My friend gets up and asks other workers sitting down if we can get our checks. And they get this man I kid you not, hiding in the back to come give our checks. Seriously the worst service I have ever received and this person should not be hired as a waiter. I have never seen such a total disregard for customers and their practice. Don’t come here if you want to wait 1.5 hours stuck here watching the laziest waiter ever so called “work”!
Update: To the owner, if you were going to fix the issues, you would have done a long time ago. Upon reading the past reviews, issues like mine have happened over and over.
I could not get through the manager's head that the food was not good. He just kept talking in Spanish. I told him to stop, speak to me in English because I don't speak Spanish. The plantains were charcoal black and unable to eat. It was served with a salad with no dressing. The chips were too hard to eat. I waited 25 minutes and no one came to get my order for dinner. I tried to explain to him that I was leaving and he was like whatever, shrugged his shoulders and walked away..
Bathroom was horrible and the faucets were damaged.
Food was ok at best.
The server was horrible. After taking forever to come back and having our table moved she didnt speak a bit of English.
And I read on the menu we finally got after 20 min that they had Ice Tea. The server was so rude when she made me stupid for ordering something on the menu that wasnt served.
If I could speak Spanish I would have personally told the staff how bad the experience was and if I am ever back in town I might just wait outside to warn people at the door.
It is a decent Mexican restaurant with great service, large screens, and free chips and salsa. It also serves lunch specialties and taco Tuesday discounts. Their black beans and rice tasted amazing. Tacos tasted great with avocado sauces, but Tacos flours were a little thick.
My friends and I all went out to Cazuela's to have a fun meal together. But, when we were there, our service was awful and they clearly mistreated my black friends. My friends ordered their meals at the same time, but only one was ever brought their food. They also never received silverware to even eat their meal. It took 20 minutes for the someone to finally bring them some. When we ordered drinks for the table, the waiter didn't bring the 2 of them cups. We never once received an apology, not even from the manager whom we spoke to and only made excuses for her waiter. She also was putting her hands in my friends face while talking at her. Due to those serving us who were racist and terrible quality of the customer service, I will never eat at this establishment again.
The amount of food that I got with what I ordered wasn't worth it. The beans and the rice with the chicken didn't add up then I got a flavored lemonade couldn't taste anything. My ticket was $25.32 way too much for what I ordered and what I got. Chipotle is more food for less money. I'll never come here again
I love this place. The chile rellenos are fantastic. I've been here twice and loved it both times. The guacamole is outstanding too. Can't wait to come back. Service and food was top notch.
