I LOVED LAS CARNITAS AYALA!!!! ITS FIRE!!! el Mejor SABOR Y SERVICIO AL CLIENTE.. I recommend it 100% Honestly Yesterday was the 1st time going... I loved it, I loved the carnitas nachos, aguachiles, and another appetizer with fried shrimp, I'm super picky in flavors and food I like homemade foodI don't really like Mexican food from most of the places in high desert. But the food at Carnitas Ayala is delicious the service was extra good by a waiter there... the environment there is good, drinks are delicious and quality., they also have nonalcoholic micheladas my dad ordered it and he loved it. WE will be going again...????????????????????❤️❤️❤️❤️????????????????????????????
1 star cause they wanna make up there own rules as they go. Probably cause its empty all the time and they need money. Got this $20 GIFT CARD(not $20 off) from the cirkus show and they told me to spend atleast $50 to get the $20 i said thats not how it works. Its a gift card for $20 NOT $20 off a $50 purchase. When we were eating the girl told the lady next to us who also wanted to use a gift card it was $40 minimum purchase. So when i went to pay my total was $41 and she told me needs to be atleast $50. Long story short got my $20 gift card without spending more. Definitely wont be back food was sub par anyways.
Jose was our bartender and server. He had great recommendations and fast and courteous service. I've been there multiple times and the food is always good. Service depends on the server but they try their best. This has become our new regular spot.
The food was delicious. Everything tasted fresh. Carnitas were soft, tender and juicy. The rice and beans were also delicious. Michelada was really good.
There was only one server but she was awesome, kept checking on us. It was pretty empty. But overall great and fast service. Definitely eat here again
I tried this location for the first time. Combo with 3 -Red Cheese enchiladas with rice and beans $14.99. Coke for $3.99 included refills. Served with Free fresh Chips and red or green dipping sauce. All Excellent!
Service was fast and friendly.
Cold windy day outside in the 50's. Place not heated, so 3rd Cheese Enchilada rice and beans got cold by the time I got to that. Restrooms clean and store has a ( A) rating.
Half booths with chairs on opposite side. This can accommodate a larger guest. One large restaurant area not sectioned off. This would feel more inviting if they built some partitions and placed booths and tables around. Maybe it's in the works being a new place. There is a side room area if needed for special events.
$1.50 service fee if using Credit card instead of cash.
18% gratituty party larger than 6. Michelada 8/10 carnitas were good
.pozole bomb, menudo was delish. I had breakfast chilequiles, not really traditional. More fancy plate got red, but they didn't look red.
The food was worth our trip to Hesperia....the customer service we received was the best more like family. The price...... very much affordable.....and the Carnitas wr the best I had ever had. No fat...and cook just right. Will definitely return! Thank you Yvette and Jonathon for your excellent hospitality....your restaurant was the cleanest I had ever seen in that city! See you on our next trip! Worth the wait!????????????
Delicious best home made chili relleno that was so good like if my momma just took it off the stove when I was a kid! The carnita tacos were super stuffed with juicy meat we were so hungry to eat we just dived right in so I forgot to take pictures of the food at first. They do home made tortillas that just made the whole meal POP it was good and the carne asada burrito was not like every other asada burrito. The meat was a great flavor and cooked with a slight crisp somehow but still tender I am NOT ONE TO ORDER A carne Ada’s burrito anywhere but next time IM DEFINITELY GETTING ONE FOR ME I’m glad I tried my husbands!!! It was very very clean too!
