We got there around 3pm and the staff was quick to sit us down. Our waitress was very friendly, (forgot her name) helpful with the menu and selections, and despite how busy she was didn’t forget to give us a 100% satisfactory service. Food was delicious. I would re order the steak & the ribs but without the chicken combo. The meatballs for appetizers was really good. And the dessert has a beautiful presentation but the brownie was hard like a rock. Should be soft but we was already in a rush we didn’t have time to wait for another platter.
Reason i gave this place a two stars is due to service.
We had reservations today for 8:15pm.
At first the check in folks gave us a hard time about strollers when we have a little one.
At the end removing a chair , fixed the issue.
No sense for customer service for strollers.
Then our server was in no mood of working today. First we were given a drink that was done wrong and when we sent it back she just was not friendly anymore.
Then the kids meal was chicken but she brought out cheese sandwiches. When we mentioned it she said oh I forgot let me fix it.
At the end when the check came, we had to again ask for her to remove the foods not ordered from menu.
Check says customer did not like but one was done wrong and other was not even ordered.
Food overall was good and decent size for the value
Came here to celebrate my grandsons birthday. We booked a table for 11 and were told to be there by 10:44. They were not set up and we were seated around 11:15. The staff were very nice but it just took so long for anything to happen and for our food to arrive. The kids grew restless but thankfully they could roam around and be entertained by the displays and meteor shower. We also watched the big aquarium being cleaned by a diver which was pretty cool. The food was decent. After this we went to the build a Bear and each child built their own dinosaur so they loved it!
I had the Salmon and Raptor Rice and it was great. The service was phenomenal, our waitress went above and beyond! Meteor showers occur in the restaurant every 20 mins or so, they dim the lights and the critters within the restaurant move. It’s a very exciting and memorable experience, highly recommend!
The price is what really drags down this review. The food is fine - at best, the service was slow, not their fault they clearly haven’t hired enough staff. The atmosphere is why you come here, you know it, they know it, your kids knows it.
Is it worth the price? No. Will your kid love it, only if they really love dinosaurs, other than that it is a curiosity, and then your kid will eat 1/3rd of their 12 dollar meal, fun.
My sister, husband and I love this place. It makes us feel like we’re kids again so the atmosphere is always great. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The food however, it all depends on what you like to eat, they have plenty of options. My personal favorite is their ribs.. OMG. The ribs fall off the bone and if you’re a BBQ lover like myself then you know ribs that fall off the bone are the best. The drinks are always delicious and strong so if you can handle your alcohol then I suggest their drinks! Overall I’ve never had a bad experience here, everything is always great.
Absolute great experience we got there hearing that the reservations in the lines we're going to be very long. Got there on a Monday evening around 630 all of us were all old enough to go to the bar bypass all the lines with directly to the bar that was completely open sat down, had great service, great food and great atmosphere, bartender was amazing. She served us nice selection of draft and cocktails. Got the triple on the food which was scampie shrimp and sirloin. All cooked. Perfectly had really good taste vegetables were great. Got an appetizer of meatballs, which was really good pretty cool atmosphere with all the lights changing the meteor showers And the fish tank that are constantly moving sitting at the bar the color of the bar changes which is really neat overall great experience!
We had an amazing experience here today for lunch. It’s spring break and we walked up and still got a table for four around 1145. We knew we were not gonna eat a lot so we only ordered one T-Rex scallops shrimp platter and one kids meal. The server was so kind about it and we took good care of him tip wise because we knew our tip amount would be low if we only tipped on what we bought. He checked on us multiple times & made my kids laugh. Food was delish & super fast to come out. Water was good & not gross like some restaurant water can be. They have this awesome rock area for kids right outside gift shop. I will say though the bathrooms need some major help with being cleaned. All in all highly recommend.
