It's fast food... what can you expect? Thin pressed manufactured burgers. It was nice to get mine in a lettuce wrap to cut out the gluten. I didn't feel sick 3 bites in so I think the cross contamination is pretty low. The fries were pretty good too. Honey mustard is list as GF on their site.. it seemed ok too. ???? this location was clean, fast, and friendly so it was just fine for a quick dinner.
This is a great place to grab a quick bit at a great price. This location is very clean and bright. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the menu is designed to meet the needs for a verity of people. Their specialty is charbroiled burgers. Their chicken items and sides are also very good. They honor coupons easily and coupons are always readily available in the paper as well as in mailers. This location also features an all day breakfast menu as well as milkshakes. Overall a great chain location. I did not give a five star because it is a bit hard to find your way in you have to go behind chik fila and sometimes the drive through wait time is extended. But overall a great place to stop eat and unwind. :-)
The hash rounds and the chicken in the chicken biscuit tasted like they were cooked in very old oil. The taste is pretty nasty and hard to get out of your mouth. The hash rounds were also overcooked. You can do better.
It may be a corporate policy however if you're in line and they turn off certain functions due to time such as breakfast then they should let you order if you were in line at the speaker because they're slow should not be our fault
Hadn't been here in a while. Hamburgers were great. Will be back. Love coupons too.
Waited more than 10 minutes for my order of 5 tenders with fiery sauce. Got home and discovered that I only got 3 tenders and buffalo sauce.
We waited for 38 minutes to get our food because there were only two people working, neither of whom appeared to even be 18. This is 100% management failing to adequately recruit, retain, and train a minimum staff. I don't know if the franchisee is too cheap to pay a competitive wage, or if he doesn't pay attention to or care about his business, but this level of screw up takes willful incompetence from the top.
I ordered chicken strip and a small fry. The chicken strip were over cooked, hard as a rock.
I always get quality food from here until today
