Thank you ShyAnne for great service. My raspberry mocha was served hot and delicious. Had it with Oat milk.
Coffee was decent but chain-like naturally. Easy to navigate just off the highway 35 S.
I stop here occasionally when I’m in the area and always have friendly staff but multiple times they have made my order wrong and I just get something simple like a vanilla latte. Most recently they completely left out the syrup, had to wait until I got home to add something to be able to drink it. Very frustrating when you splurge for a treat for it to taste bad.
I go here frequently to get my espresso shakers and they are such a great group of people. The service is always fast and the coffee tastes exactly how it should, every single time. There’s no inconsistency, they’re great!
I usually come through the drive thru. The service is generally really good. Some will look at you while they are giving you your order. Others will talk over you and just hand it to you and that’s it.
If I really had a complaint, it would be my hot drinks are always lukewarm.
$6.22 for my large mocha!
It was a celebration. Coming back from seeing my mom. Also spent 5 days babysitting my nephew's dogs and cat. I love coffee. I keep about 5-day flavors on hand drink about two flavors a day.
Get the same thing I every time I go there can I order a bagel every time I go and now they don't put cream cheese on there and I have to ask them if they will put the cream cheese on and they still don't they put it in a little cup now instead of putting it on there. Then I have asked many times and I just get ignored and it's very frustrating.
Caribou needs to investigate this location. The 15 and 20 minute waits are crazy. I can get my oil changed quicker next door then they can serve me a cup of coffee and I'm pretty sure that's not how Caribou is designed to run
