The best footlong I’ve had, if you know what I mean. The best footlong my wife’s had too! Hail yeah!
Enclosed is the receipt and a photo of the sandwiches we received at the Riverton, Utah store. Should have been two cheesesteaks, one 6 inch and one 12 inch. Meat was burnt, no peppers or sauce of any kind. We texted the manager Damian he said he could refund or we can come by to get new sandwiches. We went back to the store 5/4/2024. They knew nothing about it. We have eaten there many times and have never had any issues. Not sure what happened that night. Looked like new employees with no training and no management left on their own.
We had the Best time at dinner that I think I have ever had! The crew was adorable and friendly. The restaurant was clean, desserts were delicious and our order even better! 100% recommended.
Friendly service and tasty sandwiches and salads. Capriotti’s delivers flavor. The small cheese steak sandwich seemed a little overcooked, but it was delicious. The salad seemed a little light on the chicken quantity compared to some other salads, yet the flavors combined for a great taste and satisfaction. Overall 4 star experience.
Not great. They got our order wrong, did end up fixing it but the sandwiches were pretty poor. Got the Bobbie, pretty bland & came with the huge bone spear, luckily I didn't shoot it through the roof of my mouth. Bread might have been fresh 4 or 5 days ago, it was crunchy... Cheese steak pretty ordinary, better off at Downtown Philly or probably anywhere else based off this experience. Service was lame as well. Asked what sauces they had, "uh, we have like mustard" ????
I was so excited to try the vegetarian chicken cheese steak, but after I ordered and paid, they told me that all the vegan chicken is actually frozen and they can't make it for me. So I had to eat the impossible sandwich, which had nothing but impossible meat and cheese. It was good. But it would be great if they actually had everything on the menu available all the time.
Damien was awesome! It is rare to get the personal and genuine customer service that we received from him today. Greeted us right as we entered, made great recommendations and was super helpful the entire time. Went out of his way many times while we were there to bring us stuff we forgot or needed. Great food, fun environment. Definitely a place we will go back to, especially due to the amazing customer service.
Pretty tasty sandwiches at overly expensive prices. We decided to try this place while in the neighborhood. Never had been, but had heard some good things about it. The place was nice, clean, and inviting. The food was delicious and satisfying, although it was a little skimpy on the meats, and was pricy for what we actually received. I ordered a simple turkey sandwich and my wife went with the Bobbie, a Thanksgiving dinner in sandwich form. Both were big on lettuce, stuffing, cranberry sauce and other ingredients, but were lacking a bit on the turkey. It was good, but for the price, I think we'll choose elsewhere next time.
