First time eating here. The staff was amazing and the food was delicious. Definitely worth the price. They also have a wide variety of drink options. I will be eating here again. I love the fact that it comes with so many extras. It seems like. Cheesecake and strawberries definitely recommended. The cheesecake had whipped cream, one raspberry one blackberry and one blueberry, but my kids took those.
Zupas catering is one of my favorites! It’s consistent, delicious and everyone loves it! Another great meeting lunch!
love the food but their curbside pickup is lacking. it’s 15 minutes late every time and this last time i waited 20 minutes and just went in and it had just been sitting there for a while and got cold. I’ll adjust the rating when the curbside pickup is fixed.
Cafe Zupas is great. I ordered delivery and everything arrived perfectly and carefully packaged. Warm food was separated from cold. I've eaten in and had delivery and every time everything has been perfect. I'll go back again and again.
I came in and got to try to combos. Unfortunately they screwed up the order a little bit. However, ashton told me he would hook me up with two free orders. When I called back in he made it completely right. He even diced the avocados for me Me he just remembered that I preferred that. Exceptional customer service!
This location is so much better than the Farmington location. They use real plates and bowls, the staff was cheerful and welcoming, the lettuce was mixed with the dressing before other ingredients were added to assure consistent flavor, and they had crackers/croutons. Delish!
I came at 8:30pm and it is nasty inside! First, the serving area is super messy and gross looking. The staff were very sloppy and didn’t really want to help us. They threw my chicken sandwich on a nasty counter and pieced it together. The tables are full of dishes because none of the staff want to clean up. I do not recommend coming during this time!
The wait was a little long as this place today. They messed up my sandwich but fixed it immediately. It was my moms first time here and she loves the steak and cheese. I had the tomato basil and the ultimate grilled cheese. The food didn’t disappoint but the slow service did.
