Greeted and seated immediately, friendly server took my order within 5 minutes. The (4) pineapple upside down pancakes came out in less than 5 minutes and were as good as others said they are. Topped with a generous scoop of cinnamon butter, like my server said, you won't need the syrup and packets of butter that comes with them. The dining room and restroom was clean, too.
The service was attentive and quick. The food was fresh and fast. Portions were huge, prices were right. If you are in Munster and looking for a place to grab a bite, check this spot out! The place was very busy the entire time we were there.
I've never had that great of a service in all my life. The food was very good, and the price was reasonable it will definitely be my go-to place for breakfast
This was my first time at the restaurant & it definitely won't be the last! I've always driven past the restaurant and would see how busy the business would be on the weekends and I didn't want to wait for a table. My family brought me here on Mother's Day, before noon and it was busy. I can't complain cause the wait wasn't long only 10 minutes. Once seated the waitress greeted us, took the order for the food and beverages & 10 minutes after that the food arrived hot & ready! The food was delicious and filling. This will be a family staple for breakfast going forward.
The food is usually pretty good. The service is always on the mediocre side. I tried to order a steak sandwich, but they don’t take those orders over the phone because the “system doesn’t allow it.” Which means I would’ve had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes upon arrival, when the rest of my order is already ready (no big deal I just won’t get the sandwich). So, I ordered two center cut pork chop breakfasts and received one center cut and one assortment cut. Upon telling the manager, he decided to debate the fact that all of their pork chops are center cut-while I’m looking at the pork chop. A very defensive man who lacks accountability and customer service training.
Nice atmosphere, although a little chilly when you are closer to the door. Lots of goodies on the menu. Food didn't take long and was hot. The server was nice and knowledgeable.
First time here and pleasantly surprised. The coffee was good the food was good and they gave good portions. Our server was great. I definitely would recommend. It is a little small and I can see how it may be uncomfortable once it gets full but you should definitely give it a try.
Oh yeah. This place is rocking. Had the buttermilk pancake plate. 2 huge strips of bacon and 2 fat sausage links which were tasty. 2 eggs(more like 3 eggs) with juice of your choice. They've got a vast variety of pancakes and the omletts are huge. Excellent service and they get your food to you fast. Waitress said, "We don't mess around over here!" She wasn't kidding. They got upside down pineapple pancakes and my buddy raved over them. My wife couldn't finish her omlett. Very satisfied with this place. Not far from expressway. You got to check this place out. I hear they serve a mean lunch as well.
