Took ten minutes to order even when there were no other guests in line ahead of us. Man who took our order seemed rather angry, and food took a while to get to us as well. Walked in at 5:30 on a Wednesday to get food before work, and ended up being late :/
Id recommend the other burger king in town over this one but sadly neither are great
Slowest Burger King I've ever been to. Placed a to go order inside. Waited 16 minutes for our food. It was waiting to be bagged. Watched the workers bring 5 drive thru orders out before completing our order. Had to ask for our order.
Edit: I made the mistake of giving them another chance. I ordered two shakes, one large and one medium. The large was only a little more than half full and was smaller than the medium! I would have had them make it again, but the worker was so grumpy already, I was truly afraid he would spit in it.

Original Review: I usually have a pretty decent experience here, but the last couple of times bring me to the unfortunate 2 star review. There's been a few mistakes and some grumpy workers, but the final straw really was our most recent order. First, we waited for 20 minutes, which I forgave because I have 5 kids, and we all ordered Impossible Whopper meals. I know those can take extra time. Then the stuff finally comes, and they send us on our way... They didn't give us any of the fries or drinks. We go back and tell them, and it takes another 10 minutes. Then we start making our way down the road, handing out the food to everyone, and they shorted us a burger! When we went back AGAIN, the guy was calm but questioned us, saying he was pretty sure they made all of them. Why would we drive 5 miles down the road, only to have to turn around and come back for a THIRD time unless we had to? The kids and I were all exhausted at this point and ready to just be home with dinner. I will say, everyone working was nice enough and stayed calm, despite the uncomfortable situation, but it still showed an unacceptable level of incompetence. I'm pretty understanding, and I get mistakes do happen. It's just... the combination of the extremely long wait time, forgetting the fries and drinks altogether, and then forgetting a burger and acting like we were lying about it? That's just too much.
If you want service right away you’d be better off going inside. The drive thru is a joke. The past 2 times I have went there I waited for almost 10 minutes to just order my food while there was only two vehicles ahead of me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time I went, but twice in a row? Come on. People have jobs & they have a limited amount to take a break. It was so irritating especially when you’re hangry!
If I could leave zero stars I would. Waited in drive thru over 10 min with no answer at all thought maybe the speaker was broken so moved to the other speaker. Guy answered after about a min with a rude, “hold on a minute.” Left drive thru won’t be back.
THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE NUTS!!! THIS RESTURANT IS THE 8TH WONDER OF THE WORLD!!!! THE FRIES WERE GOD LIKE THE SODA WAS LIKE I WAS DRINKING JESUS TEARS AND THE BURGER WAS LIKE I WAS EATING FOOD RIGHT FROM THE GODS THEMSELVES!!! AND THE GUY WHO TOOK MY ORDER WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I TRAVELED ALL THE WAY FROM NEW MEXICO FOR THIS FOOD AND I WAS NOT DISSAPOINTED!!!
Service was very slow started in the drive up and never move for 10 minutes so I went inside waited just as long burger with ice cold and the rest of the meal wasn't much better
This Burger King location is incredibly inconsistent, which is unfortunate as I have had good experiences here in the past. Recently they have made bad food. The employees also don't seem to give a darn, which seems to be the cause.
I ordered a Kind Sourdough plain and they gave it to me with onions on it and burnt buns. I asked for them to remake it and they gave me the back same sandwich with onions still on it. A simple remake or a properly made sandwich would have really made it fine. And though it might be minor they didn't have ketchup either.
