It looked like the manager was alone, she was doing everything, but she did a great job. Kudos to her and I hope she gets some help soon.
The young guy botched up my order. They shortchanged me. I did not get everything that I ordered. Very slow service ???? ????

The reason for low service was because we went through the drive-thru and they forgot parts of the order, so there wasn't much interaction except that. The food was low because the soda pop was all seltzer and had no flavor syrup. The fries were barely warm and had little to no salt. I had asked for some sauce and received a different one. But the atmosphere is high because she was friendly and upbeat.
The crew that works here is garbage. I ask for a meal and repeat what I want on my burger which is less ingredients and less work but still completely screw up my order, I didn’t even receive a burger but chicken instead.
This Burger King location has been going down hill for a year or two, but it is the best one in my area. Today it reached an all time low. Four people working at the time I ordered and they could not keep up with the four of us in the restaurant and the few cars that went through the drive through. They failed at all their points on their Mission Statement.
Does anyone working here ever prepare a burger like it's going to be eaten by a person? It's more like you're going to take it to the zoo where you'll toss it into the open mouth of a hippo which will swallow it whole with the paper and all. Take some pride in your job, regardless of what you're paid.
Hot all the time. I go there about 1 time a week. It's the same every time.
