They get my order wrong most of the time & the phone line always has a busy signal when calling 7/10 when ordering from the app getting meal deals they don’t watch for the added cheese which cost extra! This last time both Whoppers didn’t have the cheese I paid extra for & my buns was burnt. I order when I’m on lunch & I can’t go back after work I’m to tired!
Went through the Drive-through & they only gave me 2 out of the 3 burgers we paid for ???? & again they don’t even answer their phone. I had to go to work & couldn’t do anything about it that moment. And they don’t fix the problem with the staff having issues, if you don’t tell them right away they don’t want to help you made things right another words they tell you politely all well the hours have passed.
My online order was ready to pick up when I arrived. The food was fine— standard Burger King fare. I made a number of adjustments to my Whopper, and the instructions were followed perfectly. I’d recommend ordering from the Burger King app because you can always get a few dollars off.
Fast food doesn't mean fast at this bk if you're in the drive-through. Don't waste your time. Go inside. You'll get served much quicker.
So disappointed ordered from here off Uber eats and when I opened the bag the fries where covered in black burnt stuff that’s absolutely disgusting
No ice in soda machine, no napkins (yes I asked), dirty tables. Cashiers acted like they didn't want to be working. Felt like I had suction cups on my shoes. This place sucks. Guess I should have known better by the lack of cars in parking lot.
It requires a major effort to mess up a franchise that tells you exactly how to do everything. Drive through, no other customers in line, waited 10 full minutes to order, paid, then waited a full 25 minutes to get food. I would have driven off if I had not already paid. Exactly 2 employees inside, no manager. One poor guy at the counter is taking orders, filling orders, cleaning tables, etc. One lazy looking girl is not in any hurry to cook burgers. The guy does not seem trained, seems to be trying to figure out what to do. He should not have taken my money until food was ready. Burger and fries were both cold. Will never go back. Burger King needs to yank back the franchise license. The owner is clearly violating the franchise agreement.
I just left this location and I have to leave a review. When i go to other locations i never get all of my food and the service is rude. I went tonight and the girl at the speaker/window was so sweet and everything was hot and there. Thank you for the dinner :)
This is the worst place to go. I was looking for a goodnight snack but got garbage. My sour dough bun wasn't toasted, my nuggets were undercooked and fries were gross.if I could give less then 1star I would but that's the only way that I could get in. If I could give a worst review...I would!!! You should have sold it on wonder bread with wal mart cheese. Worst food ever
