Burger King when it comes to customer service is a hit or miss when it comes to Burger King in its employees. Some of them smile and make you feel welcome and very friendly. There are others who do not smile and just appear to be doing the job and wanted to hurry up and end. Is Burger King was clean. I order the Whopper Juniors which came out and tasted excellent. I usually order the Whopper but that one hasn't been tasting right lately so I tried to Whopper Junior and the junior tastes a lot better like what the Whopper used to taste like. And I wish it still tasted like that I don't know why it doesn't taste good anymore.
Went today 9/29/23 @ arround 10:35pm ish and waited for someone to speak on the speaker, they picked up with attitude, ordered food, gave us drinks without ice, the meat patties and chicken patties, were not the size for the meal, fries were soggy, tasted like grease trap. Threw away the entire 32dollar meal for my and my kids meals. See a few pics. Dont ever go there! I ordered a classic chicken sandwish, just cheese, light mayo? Thats not even the correct chicken patty and it tasted like greese trap. Not sure what i did other than showing up late after i have been working since 630am and am going home now for the first time and enjou the first meal since 4pm. Thanks BK! The fries werent even full!
This place is a joke and I will never go there again, no matter how much I'm craving a burger and onion rings. I ordered 3 bacon rodeo cheeseburgers and not one had a piece of bacon on it and the onion or soggy and not fresh. I live in Deltona So it's a little drive to go back and I'm trying to call to let them know the issue. But like last time I had a problem, their phone is off the hook with a busy signal And you can't even talk to anybody at this stupid place! I think they do this because they screw up So many orders and don't want to hear the phone ringing off the hook. Now I got to drive all the way back there hangry, with no receipt! If I could give This Burger King no stars I would.
Currently in the restaurant. Music is so loud my ears hurt. They keep playing with the volume. They do this when don't want anyone in the lobby. Everytime I come here there's only 1 competent employee that works, and it's the young girl upfront. The other ladies are unprofessional and use foul language in front of customers. Some even sit in the lobby playing on their phones instead of finding something productive to do. It's always the day crew.
I never ever write bad reviews on any business, but I had to write something about this place. I absolutely love BK and always seek it out because it is so much better than McDonald's! In this case, I've had multiple bad experiences with this location in particular...well, there is one more, but this one is worse! I've gotten burned by this place a few times by wrong orders, cold food, or missing items. This last time, I happened to be right next door getting a haircut, so I figured I would be ok just getting a Dr Pepper and that's all. I actually went inside and ordered the drink, 2 large fries, and an order of nuggets. They must've had 7 or 8 employees there and it was a Friday just after lunch, yet it took them a while to see that I was at the counter ready to order, then took em 14 minutes to get me the order. To top it off, their drink machine was limited to a couple drinks, mostly diet. I wanted a Dr P, but settled for a Diet Coke. I tried it and it was very watered down. I asked the employee if they had any Dr P at the drive thru window and they did (they are usually out of ice or the drink uou want). I couldn't understand why it took so long to get my order as I was the only customer in the restaurant. I figured this food was probably going to be extra hot since they probably had to throw a batch in because there wasn't enough. Nope. I left, pretty disappointed once again, and sure enough, the fries were just warm. I don't get it. Their main competition, McDonald's, is directly across the street from them and they screw up so badly. How??? Again, I love BK, but I won't be going to this place anymore. I know it won't make a difference, but just a warning to future patrons, you're going to be disappointed. Check to see if your order is correct before you leave that drive-thru. Sorry to post this, but it's just bad. Honestly, the employees have been nice, but everything else is plain bad.
As I’m waiting for my food I noticed an employee had grabbed a cup with 2 fingers inside the cup then fills it with cherry freeze, when the food came out the nuggets where Luke warm if that so I politely asked for them to drop new nuggets and replace my cherry freeze, then came the attitudes “wel just have to wait out front 3 minutes then and what’s wrong with the freeze” so I told her and she exchanged it great I wait on the nuggets and they show up after waiting in the parking lot out front, I was sure they would get it right this time, I open the bag and white yolk like substance is on most of the nuggets on an 8 piece, I then ask the associate that came out if she’s ever received an order of nuggets that look like this and she stated “they look like that sometimes” she puts her hands out and I give her the bag and her hands still open she just let the bag of nuggets drop in front of us at this point with the attitudes from the staff I ask for a refund, she states pull through the drive through again, so at this point I’ve gone through the drive through initially simply asked for my order to be corrected had to wait out front for them to waste my time by bringing me nuggets that where obviously not okay to eat maybe it was over cooked and oozing the white stuff from the inside like a mozzarella stick if this is the issue why pack them up and give them to a customer that has already had to wait double then when that doesn’t work expect that said customer to pull through another line to get their refund.
After she said to pull around I didn’t even want the refund and just left horrible experience not worth even dealing with the poor customer service these employees will literally argue with you over cold nuggets and poor health practices.
The cashier has a bit of an attitude but my issue on this visit was the lady grabbing the food and drinks and handing them out of the drive thru, grabbing the cups not from the outside but by grabbing the cup with her bare fingers from the inside, and I guess asking for hot nuggets is a reason to treat me poorly. The cherry freeze was for my toddler who wants a strangers bare fingers in their kids drink ? Then her nuggets look like the staff wanted to punish us for simply saying something about it (who gets white stuff on their nuggets? I haven’t until today)
Reading through the other long list of negative reviews on this business I wonder how they can still operate.
A health inspection is definitely due at this business maybe a lot more training on the staff, I’d like to donate my refund I left to the cashier as she was just trying to do her job looks like the employees around her are more of the problem the drive through runner shouldn’t be working in any type of food preparation if she can’t keep her fingers outside of the cups.
I would never visit this location again like the other post say do yourself a favor and go across the street to the McDonald’s.
I just want to Thank everyone there who consistently serves my breakfast sandwich it is always steaming hot and quick service which I’m grateful for just before getting to work!! Good job you guys! You all make my day a little better to start!
Ordered a sandwich with no onions. They put onions. Ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese (paid extra for), no cheese. Ordered zesty sauce, no sauce. Wouldne have given me my drink if I didn't remind them.. Get it together yall!!
