I like this burger king location. The manager and workers are nice alway have been. The restaurant and bathroom is clean. I was terribly disappointed with the fish sandwich. Burger King uses a panko breading and not sandwich is not very tasty. The fish is very thin and has too many pickles. Not recommending the fish sandwich.
The food was cold. We asked the young lady if the onion rings and fries were fresh when we saw her grab the ones sitting there since we walked in. We asked and were charged for extra onion and pickle. Never got it. Bathroom was so nasty it looked like no one had cleaned in days. Someone spilled something on the floor and no one picked it up the whole time we dined in. This was the worst dine-in experience ever. I would never recommend this place.
My experience at this location makes me hate people. The idiot cook forgot my bacon after I had to drive back because he put cheese on my sandwich when I said no cheese. I'm really pissedI feel cheated. Worse experience ever!!!!!!!
Order 2 whopper combo's food was cold. Three of the 4 monitors with menu item's & soda dispenser didn't work had to look at a printed menu. No ketchup packets and no coca-cola soda. Not a great experience.

This location in the past has given me pretty ok service but tonight... 11/03/23 at 9:24pm I went here and ordered the bk royal crispy wrap combo and a spicy wrap with medium coke no ice. The guy was friendly but absent minded he asked me if that was all and then told me to pull to the window without giving me a total. It was fine, right, I get to the window wait a fee minutes I can see the employees conversing and enjoying their time at work(As they should, no one wants to be sad on a Friday night at work) so he comes to the window takes my card and hands me a drink with the straw and I notice it had ice. I kindly say no ice love and hand him the drink back he says ok takes the drink and the straw and asks me to park in the front. I pull off to park up front only to realize, he never gave my card back, there's another car behind me but they start backing up for me, I tell the guy he never gave my card back and he says oh I didnt? He starts looking around and picks it up off the edge of the window. I say thank you and ask if the food the lady has in her hand is mine and I'm told no it's the car behind me. ???????? I say ok and pull around.(Now regretting that I spent money here) I wait for about 5 or 7 minutes and a girl comes out with my drink and food. The coke looks watered down and the bag looked light, I check my food and I could hear the salt on the fries ???? ☠️ as I picked up the carton... it was like they just dumped the whole container of salt unto them. I was rubbing the salt off before I ate them and the fries were NOT FRESH!!! ???? At this point I'm like ok they played in my food, I prayed over it and ate it. They didn't give me another straw so I waited till I got home to drink my pop which was not coke and if it was ???? it was watered down and mixed with diet coke. The food wasn't bad and it didn't make me sick. This is not a negative review just a recap of my experience tonight. Not sure if I'll get food from there again. ???? we are all human and we all make mistakes for the employees working at this location please be mindful you are at work and your job is to serve the customer. It's ok to socialize with your co workers every now and again but don't be so distracted that you start messing up orders or inconveniencing your customers. It's fast food and I don't really see a need to complain but I hope you guys strive to do better going forward. Thank you for making my food and drink.
Yesterday I went to the drive thru at 9:25 pm and they told me that THEY DO NOT HAVE BURGERS at that moment ( BURGER KING, and no Burgers) if I want to order something else.
Today I tried again at 6:03 pm , drive thru. I was waiting almost 25 minutes to pay and wait for the order in the same window. By the way the person who gave me the order looked at me mad ???? if the issue they were having there was my fault.
I went to this Burger King on 10-8-23 around 3:00pm for a drive through order. After getting home I realized they forgot part of my order (2 crispy wraps). I called and was told my name was written down, and that id even get some bonus food for the inconvenience. Well, I went back and told them my name only to find out my name wasn’t there. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told the manage was going on break and “didn’t feel like talking right now.” Of course when I try and call corporate they make it so difficult that it made me even more frustrated about the situation. The lack of respect and empathy the employees treated me with is unacceptable. I wasted 7 dollars, gas, and time because of it. I recommend no one go to this BK unless it’s a last resort and make sure you check your food. This isn’t the only time they’ve forgotten items, or just simply messed an order up. I was treated like I had inconvenienced them when it was me who was ripped off. I still plan on getting ahold of someone higher up to try and rectify this situation. I hope this review helps someone save their time and money. You have been warned.
Why are you guys putting jalapenos on whoppers there are no labels stating jalapenos on whoppers what if ppl are allergic to jalapenos you guys changing the menu is weird and will cost you in the end.
