Too many times going there I’ve received cold burgers. Sometimes no burgers. Old dry fries, so I’ll pass. Customer service has gotten better. The place is upgraded and clean, I guess bc not many ppl dine in at the place anymore. It’s just sad that we work all day then don’t want to cook bc of tiredness then pay for hot food but get cold food????
Breakfast (in bed) was bought for me today. I was happy for a few moments, then I realized my coffee was barely warm, the hash browns were terrible (cooked in old oil), the croissant egg was overcooked but edible and the bacon was just pieces (shards).
Love my guy!

Jakeem went above and beyond what the manager and girl behind the counter would do.. was waiting very close to 10 minutes to order no one is in the lobby the girl behind the counter was really occupied with drive thru.. the manager ( lady ) asked if i was helped yet and I replied no but the girl running around will help when she can.. manager walked away... A few minutes later jakeem asked the same question and he said oh let me get your order.... This is customer service!!!! Manager could learn from jakeem! Food was good and restaurant lobby very clean.

The quality of service has definitely improved in the last few months. Overall, the service is faster and food tastes very good. The restaurant is also much cleaner. I am not sure if it is new management, but whatever they are doing it is going well.
ordered in the drive thru for my mom, only one window was open and i waited there for like twenty minutes for some sandwich and onion rings. looked inside and it looked dirty. the workers were friendly but very slow. it’s a fast food place - shouldn’t it be fast?
I only stop when I work in vero beach. Normally they are very slow but yesterday was worse then normal. I was the 5 car in line waited 30 minutes. Then 2 cars just drove over the curb and left. Once I got to the window it still took 5 more minutes to get cold fries and a warm fish sandwich. They evening crew there is slow as hell.
My son and I often go to this Burger King for breakfast. It’s always been an enjoyable meal. They recently renovated the outside and the inside which makes the atmosphere very pleasant. The manager Nicole sometimes goes out of her way to check up on us. Food is delicious and freshly prepared.
Unfortunately the worst experience I have ever encountered. When I walked in I was met with eyes of "what are you doing here". Honestly felt like I was bothering them. Food was trash and took forever. Will never go again and probably stick to different fast food chains.
