At 6 AM I arrived at the 4945 Kipling St, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 location. The web says it should be open . I parked my car in front on the building across two parking spots so I could see when the window was taking orders . Near 7 am a huge truck drove up to within inches of my vehicle and started flashing her lights at me. I found out she worked there as she unlocked the door and took my order. It was difficult to understand her as she had a thick accent with might have been one of the Slovak languages. When I got my order I protested her truck assaulting me. She proceeded to throw condiment packages at me and cuss at me in a foreign language.
I have heard nothing from the franchise owner , much less a apology from them, so I must assume that that kind of abuse of customers is not only accepted, but is condoned by the owner.
I did get a call from the area representative , but he also neglected to apologize for the store manager, who I found out was the one that showed up late for work to open the store, and threatened me with her huge truck. I have delayed posting a review of that location thinking that she probably was late to open the store because her employee neglected to inform her that they would not be there to open the store that day. I understand the difficulty with so many employees being so slack in their attendance in this day and age, not to mention sickness being a bigger factor. But there is no reason for her to take out her frustration on me, who has found that it is normal for that location to open late.
She might want to take some language training also, as she has such a thick accent, that she is difficult to understand over the intercom system and when especially when she is emotional agitated.

NO EXTRA CHARGE!!! I love them!!! They aren’t dry like other burgers and include lettuce, tomato and onion! Yum, yum,yum They are so good!
So this restaurant is like 15 cars deep in the Drive-Thru, so I go inside to get an order and they can't change a 100-dollar bill. Not only could they not change it, three people went back to look in the safe to see if they could change it. After waiting about 20 minutes for them to tell me if they could change it or not I finally have to go get change out of my car to go buy my meal. Then it took another 15 minutes to get my meal. Not happy with the service, can't believe how many people going through the drive-thru that they couldn't change a $100 bill! Just shows that your cash is no longer valued at places.
Cold, Old French fries every single time I drive thru. This place is hit or miss every time I visit. The majority of the time the food has been sitting there and it's barely warm. "Have it your way" means nothing to them because I prefer my food hot and fresh.
The staff works very hard at this location. They have a busy drive thru. Food was still hot when I got home and the chicken wraps are amazing. I'm not sure what they're called and I've never had them before. Definitely getting more next time.
Hats off to the crew working. Even though they were slammed at the drive thru, the lobby was very clean and smiles were on all the faces I saw. Food is always good here.
So far every day something is wrong except for a handful I guess there's a new person there. Today's special event was they gave me coffee full of coffee grounds and I wouldn't have known if my coffee didn't spill in the car... The past two times I've been here I didn't get a straw. I asked for a bacon croissant and I got a ham. When I got my Whopper meal they tried to short me a fry and made me wait when I did an online order 4 or 5 people before they got mine. In my opinion you cannot trust this place inspect your food and drink before you leave, drink it, or eat it. Also it was made a while ago the bacon was soggy on my sandwich and cold tots...
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
After eating inside, my mother, my daughter ànd I went out to our car to leave and the manager literally came running out after us and threw a bag of food into my mother's lap .. my mom assumed she had accidently forgotten her togo bag and as we were reversing to leave- the manager stuck her arm thru my mom's window and literally snatched the bag from my mother while YELLING that we "shouldn't take food that doesnt belong to [us]"!!!!!

I went through the drive-thru, which was quick and accurate. Napkins were even included in my bag and I was asked at the window if I wanted ketchup. The buns were fresh, the fries were hot and fresh, perfect. I really enjoyed my meal. I'd like to give 5 stars instead of 4, but I would also appreciate a bit more politeness from the person taking my order. "Can I help you?" comes across a bit rude, almost as if I am bothering someone. Even a 'Hi or Hello' added to this would be okay. Also, the size of the regular cheeseburgers is obviously getting smaller-- I would rather the prices be raised instead of the size being reduced. I may be getting old, but what ever happened to the days of receiving a receipt?
