Terrible service. Horrible attitudes. Blatant racism. Everyone behind the counter thinks they are a gangster. And that they can talk to people however they want. I still got my refund even after the racist kid refused and tried to get violent with me. The manager seems to be the only one who knows what's going on and how to talk to people. Avoid this place like the plague. There's a lot of options out there.
The kid should be fired, and the business closed. Not one single person wears a hairnet when preparing food either. This place is going to have a real dose of reality soon, as soon as I get off the phone with corporate and with the health department.
Beautiful old school style architecture Burger King. Order was taken immediately as the next customer passed. Food was perfect. Staff was excellent in ensuring correct orders went out to multiple guests in the lobby. And a worker checked if I would like sauce with my food. Would recommend and visit this Burger King again. Not to mention the great music on the speaker.
Had the balls to tell me the out of change I have them a 20 for a 5 dollar and expected to leave them the money. Then when I asked for a refund cashier got offended using profanity. I easily couldve shown them the same energy because I like conflict but I chose to chill tonight ????
I have been to some bad ???? King establishments that has caused me not to frequent them. This Burger King was an exceptional experience. I will start going back to Burger King
I waited over an hour for burnt nuggets, chicken sandwich and terrible fries. Half of the sodas were out and I did even get BBQ for the nuggets. The workers were polite but slow as all. I think this is my last time I'll eat at a burger king. It was a waist of my time, my money, my appetite.
I went into this Burger King establishment & the employees totally mistreated me. My daughter asked for them to redo the shake that I bought & instead of doing so they got the money & disrespectfully tossed it to
her. The manager then tried to fight my 13 year old daughter this was after we spent almost $40 to eat here. The place was dirty inside & employees attitudes were just terrible
I've been to a lot of BK restaurants in Jacksonville, and this one is by far the one I'd recommend to anyone who's never been to one in DUUUU-VAALLLLL. The service was fast, extremely fast, and very quiet atmosphere, and I was out of there very quickly. Thanks BK Crew
This place is totally racist the employees attitudes are just nasty towards light skinned people, I went in with my husband whom is African American & I'm Caucasian. Going here makes me not want to go back into any Burger King establishment ever again. Not too mention their tables & countertops were nasty & bathroom just filthy
