If I could rate this place a zero I would manager and staff had terrible people skills and complete disregard to the establishment in which they have a contract to uphold at least on the night of 10/10/2123 closing shift. Also I am filing a complaint directly to corporate on the matter. I ordered a special baconator, six piece nugget, two ghost pepper fries, and a drink via the Wendy’s mobile app Well this is what I received after everything else in between. I don’t know if those fries are double or triple dropped in the oil. I was robbed.
The server was awesome! She was polite and helpful. I gave a four star rating because it was a ten minute wait for the coffee to finish brewing. I just felt like breakfast at 10 am would be a time when coffee would be ready. Maybe they were short staffed. I will return however.
Update 12/30/23 - I got bacon egg & cheese croissants at the drive-thru. They were good, but greasy. // 7/20/23 Excellant burger & fries. Both were fresh & tasty. My special order sandwich was made correctly. Good service. Better than my visit last year.
Went through this drive-thru on 12/8/23 in hopes of getting lunch and going about my day. Later in the day, I realized I didn't have my Chase Debit card in my wallet. I thought I left it in my work truck, so I wasn't too worried. Right up until $268.72 was spent at Kroger on 12/9/23. I am very disappointed in the drive-thru cashier who did not give me my card. I will be filing a police report and speaking to the manager in the morning. I am highly upset with this established business.
Past few times I've been there it has been very old and cold meat..was better before. Hopefully they step it up again..

2023 has its 1st of many.
I've been buying burgers from here since 1986, even before I started to play music at Melody Skateland at 4101 W. Washington St.
I was recently informed that I couldn't have it my way by a manager. And that the slogan "Have It Your Way!" Well, not anymore. My dust particles might have a better chance of touching this spot before my physical being present ever at this point.
