I was standing in front of the register for around 5 minutes and the lady was on the earphones talking to someone not related to work and the manager was on the drive thru window. Ignore me completely and after 5 min they tell me I can't order there cuz the register is closed. They could have told me since they weren't busy. Then I finished using the bathroom where it was very sticky. The store is clean but the bathroom and their attitude are not nice
This BK is the best one around I go on lunch and there service is outstanding and the food fresh and exactly what a BK whopper should be Everytime. They are a top notch crew for the lunch rush long line moves fast. Its hard to find nowadays
Around 10:45pm on 04/29/24, I placed a mobile order for an impossible sandwich, I usually order here once a week as I get out of work late very often and have never had a problem until this evening. I bit into my sandwich and pulled a long brown strand of hair imbedded in my tomato, I was shocked and used my phone flashlight to make sure it wasn’t mistaken for a piece of lettuce or string and sure enough it was a long straggly piece of hair . Please enforce your employers to wear hairnets even late at night as this is a health hazard . For future customers, this was on queen street in Southington .
The staff was excellent, above and beyond! The establishment was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean. Water cups are .25$
I went there to get a cheese burger. Isn't there supposed be to ketchup mustard and pickles and maybe onion ? Well there WAS NOTHING ON IT ! People work hard for their money and eating even a cheeses burger out is a treat for me. Rip off ! I had to put my own ketchup on it.
Delicious and cheap food, Coke Freestyle and slushies in the dining area. Plenty of areas to sit, staff were friendly, highly recommend. Try the What the Fanta flavor it's worth it.
Never had an issue with this place. Always clean inside, friendly staff, decent wait time and food was good.
Food was fresh and well made, made quickly and workers were friendly.
