I am currently at the restaurant, and there is no one available to take my takeout order. Associates appear to be preoccupied with personal tasks, such as being on the phone, dancing, and chatting, without acknowledging my presence. I am extremely disappointed. Despite waiting for over 10 minutes and hearing the phone ring multiple times, there has been no response. Additionally, I observed one male associate touching their nose and handling customers' orders without wearing gloves, which is both unsanitary and inappropriate.
It is unclear who is in charge, but the shift manager should take responsibility and ensure the restaurant is running smoothly. This experience has been unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this establishment. NEVER AGAIN!!
I stopped by Bws three nights ago to grab a quick bite to eat before we started to celebrate our birthdays. We ordered through the app which I thought was easy. They brought us our food out, but brought my wife the wrong order. They bought her correct order out. I had ordered 12 Garlic parmesan and 6 teriyaki traditional wings. Also an order of cheesesticks. Most of the wings were super tiny. My cheesesticks were bigger than wings in size and they barely dwarfed a carrot stick. The quality of wings have went downhill drastically. I won't be recommending nor returning to this Bws.
Food was GREAT... best burger in a good while. We had a party of 25 for my son's graduation party. Our waiter was beyond amazing, super attentive and kept our drinks refreshed. Just a really great server. He worked the room alone and di t miss a beat.
I am here currently. I stood waiting on someone to seat me for 10 mins. The waitress looked at me multiple times and said nothing. I had to ask a customer, do we seat ourselves? She stated that she waited and then finally sat down on her own.
Okay so the guy who sat me and my fiancé down was really nice, however the server was very rude. When I first sat down the menus were sticky and dirty. I had to change the menus. Then we received our food he didn’t like the flavor chicken that he ordered and all the lady had to say was “oh so now you know what flavor to not get for next time “ NEXT TIME ??? There won’t be no next time with that attitude … and to make it better she didn’t even give the right amount of change back im over it.. as a server do better
Boneless Thursdays BOGO deal meant the beer league hockey team could wreck themselves with Mango ???? Habanero and the new Buffalo ???? Ranch wings. B Dubs also has drink specials after 9 pm, who knew? We had great service and a good time. ???? ???? ????
Haven’t been to BW’s in years but my daughter wanted to go so we went, ate(mid food but not horrible), paid (via handheld device and Apple Pay) and was headed to our car. Before we got to the parking lot 3 employees ran out the back door screaming at my daughter and I “ARE YOU GOING TO PAY FOR YOUR MEAL!? At first I had no idea they were talking to us, then my daughter was like I think they’re talking to us. I walk over to figure out what they were talking about. And here they were accusing me of not paying after I clearly paid touch less. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. I certainly will never be back.
The reason for this one star mostly has to do with management.
Typically I don’t go out to eat Dealing with the price increase of most things I decide to mostly cook at home, but since I’m on a company trip, me and another coworker decided to go out to eat, we decided on a nice casual restaurant, Buffalo wild wings. I saw that they were advertising this new bird dog & I decided to get that get something new. Not the honey barbecue and the loaded Bird bog. I thought something was a strange since the dogs came basically loaded with mostly sauce the honey barbecue was actually not too bad, but when it came to the loaded dog as I was looking at it, and realize that it was mostly sauce, and just a boneless chicken, tender sitting in the middle of it, I called the waiter over the waiter, was very nice and courteous. He even try to help he took it back to the kitchen to see if he can fix it. He came back to the table and his first words “I am on your side“ and explain that his manager would not let him get another piece of chicken unless I paid for it tell me it was gonna be $1.50 something i’m assuming this manager must give him a lot of issues since he was over, explaining how he was trying to fix it I told him it was fine. There was no point in trying to fight it I told him I probably wouldn’t eat it anyway since she’s being petty over another boneless chicken piece. So I told him to just take it off the order he did so. Now I have another reason not to go out to eat anymore.
