So.. I heard a lot about this restaurant, so i thought to give it a try. Generally it's very busy on weekends so we thought to go there on a weekday for dinner. And it's really disappointing..it was not that busy on that day...we ordered two appetizers around 7.30...and they served one appetizer after 45 minutes and completely forgot about the other one..after waiting for 10 minutes we called them again to remind them about the other appetizer. After 20 mintutes they served the other one.food was cold.not even warm....alomost the same thing happened with the main course order as well.. i gave 3 stars only for the ambiance..that was really really good...

Went there for the Wednesday all you can eat boneless wings. Took 30 minutes for first 10 boneless wings to come out. They were barely warm and kind of dry. They look and tasted exactly like mediocre popcorn chicken from the freezer aisle. Mango habanero was decent and pretty spicy. Garlic Parmesan was very salty and hard to eat. Waitress never came back to ask for round two of my boneless wings. I slowly finished my fries, carrots, and celery and she still never returned. Don't get this on a busy day because you're not going to get your money's worth.
Dined in after a long time. The take-out wings used to get soggy but this time since we dined in it was perfect! The wings were definitely smaller like other reviewers have mentioned. We went with the traditional wings in Parmesan garlic sauce and hot sauce and potato wedges which were so good. The hand breaded tenders were okay. The young lady who served the table was very kind and pleasant as well.
Ordered a couple of drink, some cheese curds and a two different styled wings. The place was completely empty so we were seated rather quick, the only issue was the food came out one by one. Once we finished a plate, the next item we had ordered (at the same time) would arrive a couple minutes after. Overall, good food and drinks! Would recommend to go during a quiet time so there isn’t a “rush”.
Wow, updating my review from March 24, 2019. Still overall a 3/5 stars. Service at all Buffalo Wild Wings are slow but tonight was extra slow. One server for the dining area. Even though he was nice, he was not helpful with redeeming or accruing Buffalo Wild Wings Blazin' Rewards. Bar area is always busy too and has at least two servers. Their wings, though, are always great and hit the spot, and beer deals are good too. Pictured here is the Traditional 30-Wings (three flavors: Thai Curry, Lemon Pepper, Dry Rub Buffalo), and a basket of Onion Rings (tasty sauce). Side Salad took forever to come out: they ran out of romaine lettuce and subbed chopped lettuce instead.
This place has gone DOWNHILL! The guy at the front desk curses his life away and is drunk at work. He physically threatened my life numerous times. They need to tear this place down. An absolute dump. 10/10 do not go here!!! Filthy, disgusting food. The expo guy doesn’t shower. Do not go here!!!
Our server was Courtney! She was very friendly and gave great recommendations! I tried the Asian zing and pineapple mojito, both were very tasty! Would definitely ask for her again! ????
I had the worst experience at this restaurant! It was a total mess - no one seemed to know what they were doing. Orders were left sitting there, nobody bothered to bring utensils, plates, or drinks, and I had to practically beg the front desk to acknowledge our order. Despite ordering online, it was clear that nobody cared about providing decent service.
