Ordered a margarita with my dinner that didn’t come out until well after our appetizer AND dinner. Then when my chicken tenders came out they literally had an EIGHT INCH LONG HAIR FRIED RIGHT INTO ONE OF THEM. I waited until my server came back to pull it all the way out so she could see that it was, in fact, in my food and she assured me that it would be taken off of my bill. She asked if we wanted it remade and I was trying to be kind and said that hey, since it was only one I would eat the other 4, no big deal. THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE ENTIRE MEAL BECAUSE I SAVED THEM TIME AND MONEY BY NOT SENDING THE ENTIRE ORDER BACK. We won’t be back and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Would be zero if an option. The hostess has to ask if it was ok to sit us at a booth. After that conundrum, we sat for 20 minutes before deciding to leave. No one took a drink order, there were only two other tables of guests in the area. Plenty of servers walking around and talking. This was our second visit at this location. The first was a decade ago, that visit was about a ten min wait to order. Need new management and workers. Left and went to Applebees across the street for MUCH BETTER SERVICE! Never visiting this restaurant again, they obviously can change anything service wise.
Decent food for a decent price. Boneless wings quality has decreased some but still a favorite spot for sports and beer.
I was ordering the bbq and hamburger combo. I told the server I only wanted the bbq on a bun and to just put the patty into a to go container. When our food is brought out the only thing I receive is a plain burger into a to go box. I had to really dumb it down again so the next thing I'm brought is a bbq on a bun with an extra side of fries which I didn't order. The bbq was absolutely awful but I was hungry and didn't say anything. When we got home I tried the burger and it was awful as well. When I got the bill instead of charging me for the bbq and burger meal I was charged separately for a bbq and the they charged the burger as a kids meal. I'm a big fan of BWW but this place is awful. By that time I was disgusted and I just paid for our meal and left. I will never go back to this location and this was my first time and my last.
On line order lets me schedule for 11:20. I get there at 11:20. No one arrives at register to see what I want till 11:27. They have lots of pickups, foods not ready. What’s the point of scheduled pick up? At 11:45 they tell me that they don't have an order for me - I share my email confirmation. Food arrives at 11:50 - a full 30 minutes late and missing veggies and dip.. The place is incredibly mismanaged and over priced ( but I already knew that).
I don’t understand how you can keep a store open when you don’t have enough employees to get you in a seat within 20 min let alone take your order and get it to you while it’s still warm. Food cost go up service and quality goes down.
Ultimate nachos are my favorite! SO GOOD! ????????
Waited 15 minutes for table but the food was good. Our waitress was excellent!
