Best WLM Reviews
If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Their customer service is out of this world! Kind, courteous, helpful, and patient are a few things I’d say they are amazing at. They were willing to accommodate me and my family for a wedding rehearsal dinner, and it could not have been any better! The bride and groom looked so happy! The food was fresh, hot and delicious, and the servers were fabulous! Kudos to the cooks! Steve, Kalara, Truman, Jackson & Laura were so helpful and I would definitely recommend this for your next venue if you want it to be a big big hit! Thanks to the entire staff at Bru Burger Carmel, Indiana for making this special Night so memorable! We will be back!
Love, The Carrabines
We stopped here after a baseball tournament. The draft beer is ice cold and delicious. I also cannot say enough about the onion rings. If you go here, they are a must try! All of our burgers were cooked perfectly.
"Just another expensive burger joint" was how my partner described it, and his words were so spot on. I've been three times now, and have come to the conclusion there won't be a fourth. There is nothing that fancy about the burgers, and if you're going to charge $14-18 for the sandwich, at least include some fries as part of it. The appetizers also left a lot to desire, including more bread for dipping, and a lower price tag. A fancy presentation of something doesn't make it a high dollar item. On the bright side, the service was fast and friendly.
Shout out to waitress Kathleen and bartender Laura for being awesome! Both of them are so kind, helpful, and go out of their way to get to know you. God bless you both! ????✝️❤️????????️
Bru Burger Bar is a wonderful place. The burgers have tasty sauces for fancy flavors. I especially recommend the Provençal, with lettuce, tomato, and caramelized onion added. Plus you can add extra vegetable toppings for no additional charge, so do take that opportunity to load up on tasty veggies! ???? ???? ???? ????
To give you an indication of where they stand among burger restaurants, Bru Burger sits three steps above those highfalutin "burgers" at Scotty's Brewhouse and Four Day Ray's Brewing. It sits two steps above Steak 'n Shake and Shake Shack, and one step above Five Guys. Yet it sits one step BELOW the pub burgers at Bricker's Pub and Kip's Pub, and TWO steps below That Burger Joint/Oberweis.
Why are Bricker's Pub, Kip's Pub, and That Burger Joint better? ???? The answer lies in the patty and the grilled vegetables. To be sure, Bru Burger Bar knocks it out of the park when it comes to the delicious brioche bun. Their sauces are wonderfully crafted as well. But that's the thing; you cannot RELY on your sauces for taste. Take the sauces away from the burgers at Bru Burger Bar, and the patty is thick, chewy, and tasteless. Note to the owners and head chefs of Bru Burger Bar: Go to Bricker's Pub, Kip's Pub, and That Burger Joint, and taste their burgers carefully. The patties there are hot, tender, and juicy, and seasoned to perfection BEFORE any sauces are added. The grilled vegetables are grilled to perfection and provide tender crisp balance to the hot, juicy patty. Instead of providing all the flavor, the sauces help the patty's natural flavor and seasoning to shine. That is what a top tier burger is. ????
5/5; would recommend.
Great brunch (really a late lunch) option for Memorial Day. Light crowd, no wait, got seated immediately. The friendliest staff. Food and brew options did not disappoint. Great spot for family, friends, or a date. We sat in one of their large booths, which , in my opinion, would comfortably sit at least three people on each side. Outdoor seating was also available with umbrellas.

Provençal Burger with onion rings and Bru Burger with large fries. Special sauce included. Appetizer included BBQ Nachos.
Very kind and helpful staff. Had the pretzels with cheese, bison mexicali burger no guacamole or lettuce, side of fries. Decent taste, but fairly pricey for what you get.
I really would love to enjoy this place, but after our third trip, I don't . Every time we've been here the service was wildly slow, the food wasn't good for any of the 4 of us. I've been to the West side location and that's great. I'm not sure why, but this one that's close to my home is consistently below average.
Unfortunately, greasy spoons or dive bars burgers are better. The best burger anywhere in Carmel is nearby, Flight burger.
Amazing quality food and drink. Exceptional service.
