Had a wonderful experience! Great service plus her and her husband were very friendly. This is my 3rd time here and it’s official, Binita is definitely my go to in the area for eyebrows. I also tried henna for the first time today and it turned out beautifully, very pleased. Will post a photo once my henna peel:)
I’m leaving a review based on attendance. Their website states open at 11 a.m. They are never on time nor open at 11. They arrive around 11:40 - 12:30 and expect you to just sit there and wait. Poor customer service. Overall the work is good but no one wants to sit around waiting on them to show up when they are to be open at 11. If the hours changed then that needs to be posted on the eyebrow stand or on the website.
This place is amazing!! Bonita is amazing at what she does. She's very fast and efficient. She also does henna tattoo as well. Its her and her husband they are a sweet couple. If you never done threading before, you will cry the first time, but after that you will fall in love. Tell her the lady frm Bath and Body Works sent you.????????

This business is amazing! I’m here visiting VA for about 4 months and I needed to find a great place for threading full face. Brow Art did an immaculate job! The full face threading did not take too long and my face came out looking very clean and bright. The owners are very polite, welcoming and made sure I was satisfied with the end results. I will definitely be visiting again in a few more weeks!
I visit here every month with my grandmother. Ms. Binita and her threading service is just amazing. I have travelled worldwide and got my eyebrows done from various parts of the world but she’s is super professional and her work is outstanding.
I came to brow art with overgrown eyebrows and was not genetically blessed with thick eyebrows.
I love the way they shaped and colored it! More so than one of their competitors who charged twice the price!
