Family run auto repair shop run that keeps busy doing a great job. Fabio helped me greatly, even though they were busy. He is the owner and his prices were very competitive, even in Boca, but his service was what far exceeded the competition. It was refreshing to be treated well and so for me it is no contest between him and other auto repair shops because he made sure that he took care of me and my needs, fairly and honestly, and that’s why I will recommend him and go back to them again. They believe in the motto you treat others that way that you want to be treated.
They worked on my truck several times, once after a dealership misdiagnosed an issue. They’re quick but very busy generally so you have to time your visit right. Fabio is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicles. They made a mistake on one job but when I came back, they owned it 100% and Fabio did what a good family owned business would do.
I’ll definitely be back when I need a repair.

(Total scam ) i went there and asked for use tires they told me that its 50$ each and 100 both they have about 40% life which is the price of a used tire. When they install them. And i was really to pay the guy lied to my face looks like he was the owner and sad he told me each is 100. And scammed me 100$ they’re is no use tire that have 40% of life for 100$ total scam i wont even trust them having my car no one know what they may do with it
I definitely recommend BRAS USA Auto Care to anyone. We bring both of our cars there for service. If you need any justification or verification, just compare prices of what your dealership suggests you need serviced and the suggested prices.
Fabio and his guys are honest and priced appropriately. They’re not out to nickel and dime you, they’d rather be honest and see you return at a later date. Good clean work!
I want to share my experience because I’m business owner of a Kitchen install company and I will appreciate too if my clients would take the time to write a review whatever it is to help me stay on top of my service, but in this case I’m doing it because it's hard to believe the bad reviews, especially since the garage was bought! The new owner and his staff are very motivated, professional and helpful.
1 month ago I broke my 2014 RAM 1500 V8 HEMI engine, cylinder #5 lift and cam. It's a big mechanical intervention and very expensive, so like everyone else I had several quotes made before making a decision. Bras USA was not the cheapest but they were in the middle of the quotes offered by the competition. My choice fell on Bras USA because the owner and a mechanic employee took the time to explain the repair to me (I don't know anything about mechanic) then because they are officially approved and fired and sure of their work, the owner gave me a 1 year warranty on the Labor and 6 months on the parts. The owner was always available to answer me on phone or to call me back, he never failed to keep me informed of the progress of the repairs which lasted 10 days by text message even late at night which did not bother me because it was for my truck. So I paid the right price for the top quality service, professionalism and a guarantee of the work done….I give it a 10/10 and will recommend this place to those around me! Merci Chris
I wanted to share my positive experience with Bras USA Auto Care Inc. Recently, I took my 2004 Jaguar XJ8 to their shop for some repairs. The car is almost 20 years old, so it required a few fixes, including the air conditioning. The technicians quickly identified the issue - a broken condenser - After I purchased the part, I brought it back to the shop and left my car with them. During repairs, the team noticed that there was another issue - oil and gas had mixed in the spark plugs, which would be a very expensive fix. The team immediately contacted me and offered options, including waiting until the car was no longer drivable or fixing the issue at a later date. Throughout the entire process, the communication was excellent, and Bras USA Auto Care proved to be a reliable, trustworthy auto shop that puts their customers first.
