Bradleys replaced an engine in my car. They did a perfect/ excellent job. I found the engine on eBay and had it delivered to them. Unfortunately in 2023 I got a letter in the mail stating they were retiring. Very sad to see them go but I understand it's a break well deserved to people who put in work and provide excellent service. The shop is closed now.

I’ve dropped off and picked up passengers from Bradley’s in the past and every last one of them had nothing but great things to say about it. I brought my Passat in because of an Ambient Temp sensor failure and oil change. Bob Bradley was very understanding of my situation and made sure that they were addressed. He is extremely knowledgeable, pays attention to detail and kind. I really and truly appreciate his and his team’s efforts to getting me back on the road quickly and doing the job right.

Had bad experience with my last vehicle project

Wasted 2 months in this repair shop trying to fix ABS light. Bob gave me my car back with the same problem, he was not able to fix and he gave up on it.

Next day, I took it to the local dealership and they fixed it within a day. What a waste of time

I've been going to Bradley's for 15 years for first my VW and now my Honda. Bob is honest, thorough and very reliable. Both cars lasted well over 10 years with no real major repairs required. I like Bradley's so much I already know I will look at another Honda for my next car, so I can keep this mechanic!

I trust Bob and his staff with all of my repairs and maintenance needs. He has been servicing cars for me for years, a VW Jetta, an Acura RdX and now a Lexus SUV. Reliable, trustworthy and professional.

Bob is too good to be true and, yet, he's real! He's honest and has more integrity than any mechanic we've ever patronized! Took my car to another mechanic, who shall remain nameless, for a new clutch. Had issues after the installation so took it back but was given the brush off. Took it to Bradley's - my first time there. Bob worked with me until they figured out exactly what the issue was and he did what the other mechanic should have done. Bradley's is the only place we will take our cars from this point forward.

I've been here a few times for an oil change and to have struts put on my car. They are very friendly and honest about work needing to be done. Its possible they are more pricey then other places but they use quality products and they do the job right. Im ok with paying more for peace of mind and amazing customer service.
