First time here. Very interesting decor. Someone told me it used to be a general store turned into a restaurant. Very neat place.
The staff was very friendly. Food was excellent. We got a fish sandwich, chicken sandwich, death by pork sandwich and the Firehouse hamburger. Definitely the best of them. All in my opinion was the Firehouse Burger.
The spicy sauce was awesome. And the roasted pepper on top was a perfect addition.
As far as appetizers, we only ordered the fried mushrooms and there was six of them and they were huge!
Definitely come check this place out and you will not regret it!
We stumbled on this place while going to a competition at Lincoln High School and we were pleasantly surprised. Really nice place with great food, great drinks and a very friendly staff. I highly recommend the pickle chips. They have a large menu and everything looks delicious. We will be back for sure when we are in the area.
The food was great! Dessert options were tasty, and the service was exceptional. We’ll definitely be back. Couldn’t take a picture of the pickle chips because they tasted too good.
Drove a hour to meet a buddy up here(and his cool kid). The atmosphere was very loud. This placed was packed. The service struggled a little bit cause it was so busy, but nothing unacceptable. On to the star of the show, which is the main reason for the 5 stars.......THE FOOD. Had fried pickles, nachos 0, onion rings for appetizer and they were all top notch. The broasted chicken was simply amazing. It was crispy and steaming hot. The platter was every bit as good as the chicken. The ribs were some if the best I have had in a long time. On to deserts..
This without a doubt the best bread pudding I have had in my entire life. The carrot was pretty good. Will be looking for an excuse to come eat here again.
My family and I had dinner here for the first time this evening. Two of us had the 1/2 slab of ribs and the other two had the brisket. Was absolutely phenomenal! The food was out of this world! We had peach cobbler and coffee for dessert. Atmosphere was great! Service was great! Our waiter was excellent and cheerful. Very attentive. It’s rare that we can say that we loved everything we had down to the cup of coffee but we did here. Will definitely be back! Great place. I give it 5 stars!
My mom and I came here for her birthday, per her request. I had never been here before. We started with (I believe they were) fried brussel sprouts with some sort of kinda spicy sauce and chopped up bacon; they were AMAZING!! Before we could finish the appetizer our salad was brought to us and shortly after they were back with our dinners. Let me tell you that it was the BEST bbq that I have ever eaten in my life, I'm not even joking!!! The collard greens were a bit salty but I still ate them all cause they were so dang good!! The seating isn't very spacious but I think it's because there's a never ending line of people waiting to be seated. They also have a bar on the other side and some outdoor seating but I didn't make my way over there. Maybe next time because I will, for sure, be back. Their food is tooooo good to stay away from lol
We had a group of 10 with a reservation and they sat us as soon as we got there, even with the place packed to the eyeballs. That alone should tell you the place is going to be good. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was awesome, definitely a great place to go. Many kid-friendly options. The BBQ dishes are ridiculously good, and there are several non-BBQ options too. The desserts sounded amazing, but I was too full to try one. Going to have to go back for just drinks and desserts for a date night sometime. I love that this place is just 5 minutes away!
Fantastic food great wait staff for the most part.Love their deep fried mushrooms!! ???? Very down to earth. Atmosphere is great. Reasonable prices. Also their mac and cheese is fantastic. My boyfriend had the barque sundae. It looked good. That's saying something because I'm a vegetarian. Overall all of the times I have went to Bones Heads has been great every time spot on. Although there was this one snotty girl when I called up there to check up on something very rude. I hope that they fired her.
