This is the best pizza place in Modesto and it’s take-and-bake. It’s literally better than any place that cooks the pizza for you. 425 for 13 minutes on the middle rack… pizza heaven. We order from them once a week and there’s really no bad options except I’m not a big fan of the combo. They have San Francisco sourdough crust that is amazing… but you have to order it early before they run out (before 5PM). The ingredients are always beyond fresh. You can thank me later.
It is one of the best take and bake pizza restaurants in the area. Highly recommended! Sourdough crust is to die for! Combination and pepperoni are always the best!
Bob's is the best Take-N-Bake in the Modesto area. They have the best crust, sauce and quality toppings. Prices are getting crazy, but that's everywhere now so we go less often.
Very good and reasonably priced take-n-bake pizza. The very best toppings with a corn meal type crust. Give the BBQ Chicken a try, it's one of the best..
The pizza comes on cardboard and a paper baking sheet for flawless ease of putting in or removing the pizza from your oven.
This pizza can be exceptional if cooked golden brown but under cooked or crispy not so good. My Opinion...
The one and only take and bake pizza shop for my household. Not only do they provide top notch quality pizza, but they do it at an affordable price and with practically no wait. The workers are all nice, and the area is a clean, quaint facility. If you're looking for a good meal, this is the spot for you.
This place is suffering from its own success. About 15 years ago I absolutely loved Bob's Take and Bake. They would pile on the toppings, the customer service was great, and the pizza was excellent. Today, the pizza is still very tasty. I would say the best Take and Bake. However the customer service is poor and they no longer pile on the toppings. It's sad to see when a great place like Bob's goes this way.
(Update) I added an extra star today, giving Bob's 4 stars. I gave them another shot and this time the same person who helped me out last time was exceptionally friendly and courteous. Again, the pizza was fantastic. I purchased 10 pizzas for a large get together. I had multiple people ask where the pizza was from because it was as so good.
We get pizza a couple times a month for dinner and had been getting burnt out on the usual spots so we tried this place and we really liked the pizza. The ingredients were all fresh and high quality--this definitely shows in the taste.. The store is clean and the staff were friendly. My wife placed the order online and paid for it, so I just showed up and picked it up. 10-15 minutes in the oven and we you are rocking and rolling. We will keep this place in the rotation as a high choice on pizza nights.
