Ok for a quick drink, but service is horrible. When we walked up an employee came from the back asked what we wanted and when we said we needed a minute to look over the menu since we'd never been he just looked at us annoyed and walked off . Luckily when we were ready another employee came to help and we had our drink fairly quick. Drink was ok, but with service like that I'd probably go elsewhere next time.
Inside the mall just past the food court. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty busy with a long line but they move quickly and we were out with our orders in under 10mins. Great menu options with all kinds of custom options and recommendations. 2 guys working were friendly and hard working. The tea options were great and boba was fresh, warm in the bottom of the cup. It was about $22 for 3 and we got one of each size so the only star loss based on price more than anything else. Will try again - on a weekday when we don’t feel like braving the crowd.
Employees should never walk away from their customers! As soon as my daughter walked up to place her order the young lady in glasses walked away to chat up with coworkers before even greeting the next person. Not very customer oriented.
Areya is horrible. I was standing for five minutes to be waited on. She saw me but never greeted me. Finally she took my order but was not very friendly at all. My husband gave her our receipt to collect our order and she was rude too him as well. She said she could not look up our order by the number on the receipt. Additionally, $20 for 2 drinks is pricey.
This is my second favorite Boba shop in Chandler and my first favorite shop is meat fresh. Whenever I come here I try to get some thing without caffeine in it. But one time I did try the milk tea and it was the best milk tea ever. I hate how sometimes they run out of Boba pearls. How can you be a Boba shop with without boba pearls. You need to make more ASAP. Sometimes the line is long, but the workers work really hard to get the drinks out really quickly. One time they messed up my order. I was really mad. But I will keep coming back because I like them.
In my opinion, this is the best boba in town. I love the Thai tea. The prices are fair and the service is usually great. The counter person today was especially friendly and helpful. Even when we are not shopping, we still go to the mall just to get our boba!
I LOVE this place. Boba is always a fun drink and I love all the different options. Zero calorie, low cal. Frozen or smoothie drinks, you can add fruit, yogart or even boba on the bottom (optional) I got the low calorie Mango Tango which is Green Tea and Mango. Located in the food court of the Chandler mall.
This was such a good boba tea place to stop at! I like the variety of options that they offer, especially for someone who doesn’t like milk teas that much. I was able to get a perfect fruity tea while my friend really enjoyed a milk tea. It is about $6 for a drink, but I think it is worth it.
