Waited awhile in line while one employee rushed around making orders and the other employee cleaned in back & in front. Finally someone came to the register to tell me that they are out of BOBA… the great thing is they let us substitute Poppers instead, and that was kinda an interesting experience. We both chose Peach Poppers in our drinks and it was surprisingly good. Price point is quite high for the size though, $6+ for a Hug (Small) so I may not be coming back.
not sure how the tea is because i’ve currently been waiting 45 minutes with 0 progress. they’ve been putting out maybe 1 drink ever 20 minutes and that is literally not an exaggeration.
The taro zen tea boba was amazing. We asked for less sugar and she was able to make it very well.
Okay so there was a line of like maybe 5 people and two workers ( there was like 4 by the end of this doing nothing ) so yes i see how this could've been stressful for them but we were waiting at the cashier for like 20 minutes while they were talking.. nobody took our order. once somebody did take our order There was like 3 other people waiting for their drinks and only one lady actually working. Here's what my drink looked like ( i got a lady dragon ). The top wasn't closed correctly and it wasn't fully mixed and it went all over the floor and my bags and my shoes and it was sticky! Ugh so mad
Very rude young employees with no customer service. Closed down before actual closing time not wanting to take any more orders as mall was going to close. They were still making drinks, kiosk self orders was still open but as soon as she told me no, she turned them off before being business hours actually ended. I was only one left to order and she refused and was extremely rude about it.
Convinced a friend these were delicious! She believes me now!

I started putting in my order on their iPad at 8:40pm and the employee came up to me to tell me they were closed although they don’t close until 9 and were making drinks for other people. /:
Service is good :) the lady was very friendly BUT the boba tea is wayyyyyyy tooooo SWEET. I got the lady dragon and by looking at the ingredients I already felt it was going to be super sweet so I asked to not put vanilla in it but the end result still turned out to be super sweet. This is not the traditional boba tea you thought it would be. Texture of boba is okay but the liquid part is unbearably sweet.
