I come here for breakfast after some of my night shifts. The food is always good and the service is even better! I’d specifically like to mention Ruthie who is always so friendly and goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. In my opinion, this is the best Bob Evans location!
Bob Evans restaurants have kinda taken it on the chin the past few years and their problems are mostly of their own doing. Food portions have gotten smaller, prices have gotten bigger. My relatively simple breakfast order came with multiple mistakes, which my waitress was quick to get corrected. She deserved and received a decent tip.
The atmosphere was great. My breakfast was delicious. And the server was very attentive and nice.
Worse food I have ever had! Pancakes are not throughly cooked which it was to late to find out because I had it in my mouth when I found out. The burger has no flavor and was burnt tasting and soggy. Paid for loaded fries and that was a huge joke too! I want my money back.

I gotta tell you. I live in Delaware and our Bob Evans are very different. This one in Ohio was fast, clean, and the food was really good. Definitely want to come out to Ohio and experience this wonderful service again! Thank you guys!
From the minute we walked in the server just wasn't very excited to be there. She came out on the phone texting then seated is and just didn't seem very excited. The food was okay, but was pretty bland and I felt honestly like they purchase their own microwave meals to serve in the store. Lot more live could be taken into the food and the spices etc. Didn't get a refill on a soda or coffee even though we were there for about an hour. We were never asked. I won't be coming back here and I'll be avoiding chain restaurants following the pandemic as they clearly have taken for granted their customer base.
I arrived at Bob Evans to place my order upon walking in to place order cashier was very rude she seemed bothered to have to take my order. Once I received my order 15 minutes later and drive home which I live 10 minutes away from Bob Evans just to realize that my sandwich was made incorrectly. Mind you this is in the middle of dinner time / rush hour Manager said he would remake my food I asked for very Pacific things to be done to my sandwich. Arrive back to Bob Evans to get my replaced sandwich and still it was not made correctly the egg on my Rise and shine burger was under cooked slimmie and yokie and bun was not toasted and the fries were cold. This is very bad customer service considering I spoke with a manager and I'm assuming he made the replacement sandwich. You need to do better Bob Evans very distasteful and highly dissatisfied.
Service is good. Food is okay, but tell me: how does BE charge different prices for the same amount of food? Why, by using different-sized dishes. See the photos: one is a senior portion, the other is a regular portion-which is which?
