Bob and Jack took great care of me. At the start of the riding season I got into my first ever vehicle accident. I picked up my bike from where I got cut off and rode straight to Blockheads. At that time, I never called or spoke to anyone from blockheads. I just showed up on my bike dented scrapped and battered. Along with ripped sleeves from my leather jacket and tape holding my boot together. I was a complete stranger that just showed up at 4pm. I parked the bike and I was very nervous and wasn't sure what to do. Bob and Jack took me and my bike in and made sure I was ok. I've never had to call my insurance company before I was completely green with how the process works. But Bob and Jack both assured me that everything was going to work out. And it very well did work out! My bike feels brand new and I can ride with full confidence. If your looking for good and honest people who will take great care of you. I highly Recommend Bob and Jack!
Bob is the absolute best. Have 3 bikes and he has worked on them for years. Never any issues just fair prices and excellent work. Save yourself some aggravation and take your bike here.
Very professional, never tries to sell you on services not needed. Work done in a timely manner. Always calls to be sure you're happy with their work before finalizing and billing.
Highly recommend. I will never take my bike to any other mechanic.
Check them out. You will not be disappointed.
The customer service is HORRIBLE! DO NOT pull up here with a foreign bike. I understand preference, and if you prefer NOT to work on non-american bikes than that's completely fine. Its your business you can work on and service w.e you want BUT you ARE in the customer service business and that should be a number 1 priority. Which requires you to treat ALL customers even those who are inquiring about services with the respect that you want to be treated with when you walk into a establishment looking for services. So maybe next time you encounter people coming to you with foreign bikes you should try to RESPECTFULLY decline to service them, or how about just saying "Hey thank you for considering us BUT we don't service foreign motorcycles", just some helpful suggestions. This place definitely needs to take a course in customer service for sure or you will continue to receive negative reviews. I pray that you guys take constructive criticism and use it to better your business and that god blesses you and your business during this pandemic.
no stars is not an option here
but Its zero stars for me, sorry not sorry!
Hands down the best place to have your American bike serviced, repaired and maintained. Both Bob and Jack go above and beyond to ensure you’re 100% satisfied. Don’t even consider looking for a better, more qualified shop.
First they charged me $560.00 for a voltage regulator cost $115.00 and a battery from Drag Specialties that cost $89.00. Should have only taken 1/2 hour tops to change both. They charge $90 an hour and I should have been charged $350.00 tops. Then I bring the bike home park it in my garage for a week. I take to go get something to eat and try to activate my alarm before going in. The lights flash but I get no chirp. I pull the seat off the seat the siren unit is missing as well as the unit that controls the tach, so I call and ask what happened to it. Bob the owner says I’ll look and call you in a few days. Next day I decide to go talk to him. He tells me he can’t find it and he puts everything in a box and if the customer doesn’t pick it up he throws it away after 2 weeks. First no one told me there was a box, second, all he changed was the battery and voltage regulator. Why was anything else removed? He told me the items he took off my bike weren’t connected and were junk. I ride with LEO’S who also deal with him and can vouch that my alarm system was in full operational order. Why wasn’t I given the box while I was there to pay and pick my bike up? Why wasn’t the items put back on my bike? Who is he to decide what is junk or to be thrown away? I expected Bob to say - ok we made a mistake I’ll order a security siren and I’ll call you when it comes in. But he doesn’t. What a joke these guys are. I’d rather pay Harley!
honest people, not inexpensive but a well-equipped shop. The owner will listen to you and seems very knowledgeable. My experience was getting several items modified on my motorcycle. It cost me more than I expected and I was not initially satisfied with the work, but the owner worked hard to make my motorcycle right and in the end he did. So overall I would recommend Blockheads especially due to the communication and honesty Factor. Anyone can make a mistake but very few places will work hard to make it right. I would return
Very fitting name for the mechanics there . a bunch of blockheads . These guys do not know what they are doing. I have been using them for 3 years and everything they fix is never right. You bring back your bike is in there for months and when you pick it up its never fixed . Bob the owner is the king of excuses. Anything other than spark plugs and a oil change is way over there heads. These guys belong at jiffy lube.
