Had sliced moist brisket and loaded fries. All really good and I recommend stopping here for lunch or dinner. Brisket was juicy and tender, sides of coleslaw and baked beans were slightly sweet and tasty.
We stopped here by chance on our way down to Austin from Hot Springs, AR. It smelled amazing as soon as we walked in the door. We wanted to try all the meats so we got the 4 meat plate plus a side of sausages, that way we could try everything: pulled pork, ribs, brisket, and turkey. It was all delicious, but I was really impressed (and surprised) by how much I liked the turkey. That's not usually my favorite BBQ meat, but this was so tender and juicy, and had that perfect smoky flavor. The ribs were out of this world, and the meat just fell off the bone. The brisket melted in your mouth and the pulled pork was just as good. The plates come with three sides, so we tried the delicious southern creamy style cole slaw, the savory baked beans, and the best potato salad I've ever had. The folks who live in Hope, AR are lucky to have this fine establishment in their backyard. If we're ever in the area again, we're coming back! Do yourself a favor and try BigMac's Barbeeque. You'll be glad you did!
Very good good food and well worth the stop. My family chose a little bit of everything. It was all good! Good portions for price too. Brisket was so good! Clean restaurant and food was ready quickly!
The food here was amazing. My husband and I stopped over to get some food during our trip back to Dallas from Arkansas and the BBQ here is better than the ones in Dallas! Very juicy and tasteful food; we got the smoked brisket and smoked turkey; sides of mac n cheese, coleslaw and fries
The turkey is the best! Juicy, perfect flavor and delicious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is a Hodge podge of items, but unique.
We had barbecue there today and the meats as well as the sides were fantastic.
The value for the money is great in relation to quality and portion size. Equally good is the service. The waitress was very attentive and we got a free refill for the road. Definitely a good place to stop along I-30.
If you want melt in your mouth tender brisket, creamy Mac and cheese, perfectly cooked baked beans, juicy pulled pork, and generous portions, look no further.
This BBQ is seriously top notch. Possibly some of the best BBQ I’ve had. Flavor is on point. The restaurant is cute and cozy. The owner is kind and cool. This is a perfect place for a party or a weeknight dinner.
