Baked potato was pretty good, asked for burger well done and it came still pink in the middle… and with the lettuce pictured. The rest of the family’s meal was okay-veggies added to kids burger also pictured with the tomato slice that was paper thin. Not sure that I’d give it another try. When we tried to call back to see if they would correct it or replace it-the phone rang and rang so I resolved to cooking the burger the rest of the way myself and eating it without lettuce. Edited to add-I tried calling with the phone ringing for a constant 15 minutes with no answer. Waited a bit longer without calling and then tried back just to see if I could get an answer. Surprise! They answered! I spoke with a manager about the issue and he did apologize and says they’re going to pull my ticket and refund the portion of the meal that was messed up and that he was going to speak with kitchen staff… will update if/when they refund.
Edited to add that we did get a refund for the burger that was messed up! Changed my review to 3/5 from 1/5 since there was still some issues but they resolved most of the problem.
Update on my rating. I went there to celebrate this last weekend. First, the host was bothered because they had to wipe off a booth instead of sitting at a 'high top'. The waitress complained loudly about being 'triple sat' blissfully unaware our table was next to the kitchen and we could hear her. She proceeded to greet all 3 tables. She forgot to put in our order, forgot my drink, we were constantly asking for things, then my steak was over cooked. The steak was the worst part. She didn't ask me to cut into the steak so that should have been my first sign. She offered to take my steak back but we already waited so long. No one apologized or came to ask how things went. The appetizer was good but I won't return. I absolutely won't recommend.
Came in on a Friday night, sat at the bar, and had a great experience! The food we ordered was just what we ordered and what was presented. Portion size was good, taste was good, everything was cooked just right!
We had the Lineman Plate:Quarter rack of Ribs, 6 large bone in wing, and the Most tender Pork Shanks. Honorable mention the Fry flight was delicious, Service was on point! ????????????Tasha and Ian had total control, and the teamwork was phenomenal. ????????????Kudos to them and all the staff who handled the busy start to the night with what looked like ease and focus.

As someone who has worked in the food and beverage industry in Siloam since the early stages of our towns growth the last 15 years. I get off work late and always receive a pleasant welcoming from the managers and staff. Ian, Summer, and Levi are always attentive and running a good show. The FOH is a vibe; Tasha usually slings the Boom Boom Shrimp Tacos which are a treat. For dinner, Darah or Alexis always make sure my food and beverage needs are in need. It’s nice getting to see high standards in town. Keep up the efforts.
This was a great experience, happy hour is 3-6 with a full bar. I had an old fashioned which was made just right. I was going to get the steak but I was feeling like pork chops at the moment still a great choice. The loaded mashed potatoes are a nice touch. Lots of room and TV's, they also have a projector screen. Outdoor patio seating. Didn't have to wait for a seat. The waitress was kind and professional always checking to see if we needed anything. Looks like great place for game day.
Just had a late lunch and can’t rave about this establishment enough. Best food, service, atmosphere I’ve encountered in years. The baby back ribs and covered fries went far beyond expectations. Ian was gracious and professional, very friendly and actually seemed glad to be of service. This place would get 10 stars if I was able. Kudos to the owners and staff and management. I will definitely be back every time I’m in Siloam Springs. You’re my new favorite!!!!!
Went twice within the last week. I was disappointed with both visits.
Food tasted like frozen, thawed out, massively produced junk you can get anywhere.
The first time there, I ordered the rice pilaf with skinny chicken. Chicken was a half brest, halved. Super dry. No flavor. Wife ordered the fish tacos. We were surprised that it was sweet and sour battered fish nuggets on a tortilla. Sauce was overpowering and overly sweet.
We went back and gave them the benefit of a doubt. There was an award posted at the front door "voted best burger," so we both ordered a burger. Asked the waitress if we could get our burger medium rare, she said, "Oh, the cooks couldn't do that. They just throw them on the grill and then serve when it is cooked." Shocked how the steaks can be cooked to varying degree but not the burgers, but I ordered it. She said she would write down the request and remind the cooks. Our burgers came out like a hockey puck.
The servers we had both times were really nice and attentive. Food is pretty mediocre for the prices being charged. Fool me once, fool me twice. Won't be going back.
I came here last night. First time from out of town. Ordered the 10oz center cut, medium rare, side Cesar salad. Entree came with loaded mashed potatoes,(really good), and steamed vegetables, which were green and yellow squash, (again, really good). My steak was a perfect, medium rare. Nice cut of meat, seasoned, and I’m to begin to sound redundant, but seasoned perfectly. No sauce needed to hide taste imperfections. My waiter last night Ian at the bar, who took excellent care of me. Attentive but not overly so.
Today. I came in after my job, which brought me to Siloam Springs, and ordered the same thing again. Duplicate experience. The only difference was the server, Tasha, at the bar, who was the perfect hostess. Took excellent care of me, the patron. Dinner was perfect.
I highly recommend Big Whiskeys for a perfectly seasoned steak, great salad and an atmosphere that can’t be beat.
