Ordered 2 potatoes a few months ago and they were not cooked all the way . Thought I’d give Big Chic Barnesville another shot. Ordered a Baked potato, got home and opened it up and it’s hard as rock. The person who prepped this order had to know that potato was not done and they put it in the Togo box anyway. What has happened to Big Chic????
Food at barnesville Big chick hasn’t been the same since the old crew was working there whoever is cooking in the back. Oh my God foods always dry take forever to get your food salty the chicken is very salty the services oh my God the guy that’s in drive-through. The young guy is so rude, I mean my god bring the old crew back make Big check great again!!
Today, in the drive thru I ordered chicken, fries, and 6 jalapeño poppers. Get home, I have chicken, bottom of the bag bits of fries, and no poppers. The bits of fries wasn’t worth eating and didn’t get a chance on the poppers. Out of three things ordered, two things were totally messed up! Im not coming back but you do need to get your act together.

Ordered a spud potato blazing chicken fried. Got home without checking it and had loaded fries instead. I drove all the way from Jackson because I really wanted a potato.
Went to the Barnesville store and ordered 2 12 packs of tenders. Was told we couldn’t get 2 packs. Said, ‘we can make more money selling tenders from the drive thru’. We always have large orders, they just list our business! Will contact corporate!!
Good food. However, the drive through line was long so I went inside. Immediately I found out why. Just as slow inside as it was out. A police officer who was behind me, got her complete order before I did and I ordered 2 things vs her multiple. I watched my order sit on the shelf waiting to be put into a bag and hand to me for about 10 minutes. I'll stick to chic fil a.
