I like the way the employees treat my elderly mother when I take her there. They are respectful and kind.
They are the best in the world. I have been all across Chicago and half of Indiana looking for a person who takes pride in their craft and this is the only business who has proven themselves to be in business. Thank you God for Mr. Tony and his wife.
Got my nails done yesterday and today I have 2 broken nails and my polish is peeling off. The job was rushed and not done correctly. The lady who is there is very rude with terrible customer service. The older guy is not so patient and work a bit slow. The other guy has no care in the world and needs to have better control over his staff.
Tina and the man who does your feet is very unprofessional and rude the man owner is OK I told him I didn’t like my polish because it was on too thick and then they start talking in Chinese about me
First off they are very unorganized and have terrible customer service! Two of the nail techs were arguing for 30 minutes straight in front of all the customers! Secondly, it took them 20-30 mins for them to acknowledge me and actually start servicing me. One of the ladies that did my nails were one of the nail techs that were arguing. She messed my nails up and left chipped paint on them as well. Don't get me started on the prices. I spent damn near 50 dollars in that place. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you want your nails to be done right and don't wanna deal with terrible customer service and ignorance and you don't want to be over charged, don't come to this place!
If I could have gave this business no Stars I would've. I walked in and sat for over 30 mins w'out anyone acknowledging me. Don't do me any favors. I can take my business elsewhere.
The owner can be rude, harsh and pushy. I should be able to get a different polish on my nails than on my feet & not have to deal w/ you getting huffy about it! Also if I tell you that I want something particular, like ONE ACCENT nail on my BASIC no chip manicure/pedicure then I SHOULD be able to get that w/o you giving me what you want me to have!! Finally I have to tip the 3 people that worked on my toes and hands after ive just spent $60..PLEASE!!!!! My boyfriend loves this place cuz she works hard on his feet, but I like good customer service AND good quality especially a service on my physical body! It's too many chemicals and exchanges of others DNA for you to not be careful, courteous and kind in this joint! I WILL NOT be going back and this is after my 3rd visit and me saying ok, I Will try again....benefit of doubt! NO MORE!! Its funny cuz they have regulars!!
