The hotel was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very small. The room had a balcony. The pool and hot tub were ok. You need to get pool towels from the front desk. Pool door was not locked as it was in other BW hotels we stayed at. Overall, it was a good value for the price and we would return.
It was decent for the hotel/amenities we were looking for. Had a pool/hot tub for the kids/adults. Continental breakfast was decent with many options. Room didn't stink like some hotels still using heaters/ACs from old smoking rooms. The restaurant/bar was not open because it was during the week, but we have stayed there before years back when it was and it was a nice treat for the adults. received several texts before and during the stay checking in. The housekeeping checked in to see if we needed anything else (definitely needed more towels). Vending machine prices were quite a bit inflated (and ate our money a couple times with no refund) so bring your own drinks to put in the rooms mini fridge. It was a great location, minutes away from birch run shopping mall and then about 10 mins away from Frankenmuth. We've stayed here quite a few times. For the price paid, it's a good deal.
The breakfast was good. My son especially enjoyed the waffles. The room was clean, which was most important to me. The free, easily accessible hot chocolate was a plus. The parking was conveniently located with easy access to our room. Paige at the front desk was kind and helpful.
Small, but clean! Excellent value. The room was small, but was a great space for the value. You could tell there was no smoking of any kind, which is quite a value dor the price. We have stayed in many places that have reeked of pot smoke. This was a pleasant surprise.
A friendly person at check in, a clean room, and a good breakfast to start our day... What more could a guest ask for? The bar area looked inviting when I was checking in, but we were with the kids so might have to test out that situation the next time we are in the area. Thanks for a great stay!
We had a lovely stay. The room was on first floor and they had informed us that the lift was not working which was helpful. Breakfast was good.
The rooms looked nothing like picture. The hotel itself was rundown. The rooms were not fully cleaned. The service was rude. When I had a problem. The TVs did not work the remotes you couldn’t change anything to fix the TV and they wouldn’t know how to do it and the hot tub is not kept up-to-date and the pool was freezing
Why the heck would you guys hire a man who is mentally ill who thinks he's a woman at a place where family's go on vacation ???? I mean why should we have to explain to our kids why this guy likes to play dress up, because he's hoping he can trick some straight guy into thinking he's a pretty woman, good luck with that pal there isn't enough liquor in the building for that!!! Send that freak show home!!! I've been coming here for years and won't ever come back I don't care if I have to pay 300 a night more then what I paid ill never ever come back to this sick crack head hotel
