If I could give Andrew 6 stars, I would. Not only was he completely transparent during the entire process, he fixed one problem at a time and checked with me at every step. My car had a few issues going in and it’s running beautifully now. He always has financial liability in mind, as car repairs can be expensive, so he will do what’s reasonable and gives tips on things that may need to be looked at in the future, instead of dumping it all on you at once.

I really appreciate his service and definitely calling him in the future!

Andrew offers the convenience of mobile services. He came out on a Sunday. It was drizzling off and on. My engine light had come on the night before and my car was shaking. He went to the store to buy the parts, came back and did the repairs. He was personable and explained what he would be doing. Thank you Andrew for your great service!

Andrew is an absolute life saver. My truck died on me suddenly on Saturday during a holiday weekend and when I looked up mechanics that were open outside of normal hours, Best Fleet was not only the first to pop up, but also had incredible reviews already. Working with a new mechanic can be stressful because there is a level of trust that needs to be built and let me say that I trust Andrew with any and all future repairs. He was quick to respond, constantly in communication with me regarding any progress or new info he discovered while working on my truck, and very transparent about what he was doing. He even offered to bring the truck to me so I wouldn't have to pay for an Uber to the shop. Andrew went above and beyond in every aspect of his work and it shows. Best Fleet is seriously the BEST! I was able to make an appointment on Sunday to bring my car in Monday morning - it was having a few different issues. Andrew fixed everything - it's running great now and it cost a LOT less than I thought it was going to - and he even dropped my car off to me at work when he was done! This is the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic - will definitely be back and will be recommending him to everyone!

On my trip from CA to FL, I came across a problem with my car and got stranded in San Antonio. Despite it being a Sunday, Best Fleet Service was able to get my car back on the road again.
