Bell's Automotive went above & beyond on our 67 Mustang. This car had been sitting for many yrs. so I had a laundry list; literally everything leaked, major stutter on acceleration, total front-end rebuilt, new bucket seats requiring customization, carb, fuel pump, charging sys, wiring, gauges, etc. Bell's Automotive is like a time capsule from a bygone era. A classic car doesn't tell U what is wrong like a new ride. Takes an extremely knowledgeable mechanic with a good ear, incredible patience & determination. You can trust Bells to treat your car like their own, at a very fair price!
My truck started leaking coolant, and I was out here finishing my last job, just about to head back home to Kennewick. The heater core connection had cracked and there was no way I was getting home before the engine would overheat several times over.
I was taken care of, even until after hours on a weekend and was able to make it home to my family safe and sound thanks to Bells! Trust them with your vehicle and that you'll get the service you require.
Not recommended at all Wyatt came to my house over a year ago managed to roll my truck into my house. Damaged my truck and my house. Over 13k dollars in damage and then just bailed on it all. And his wife promised they would take care of it. But ended up ignoring the situation. And switching there business ownership so my insurance couldn’t sue them they have no insurance and are not good people if stuff goes wrong. Be careful
Awesome shop (next to riverside auto)! Wyatt took the time to squeeze us in short notice and on a deadline for our skoolie (2000 Chevy G3500 midbus) and took care to explain everything to us and show us the work he did. Super fair pricing, overall great shop!
I really appreciate Wyatt and his wife. The young couple really take care of my 68 Mustang when it is in their care for work. Wyatt is a fantastic mechanic and is very cost conscious for his customers. I highly recommend him.
Wyatt rolled my husband's truck into our house over a year ago and has yet to pay our insurance companies (HOME & AUTO) for damages caused by his ignorance.
We were also unable to file a claim on his insurance because he DID NOT CARRY INSURANCE!!!!
Definitely would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
If something happens to your vehicle, you will be stuck with the cost because he lacks the integrity to run a business the correct way and protect his customers.
We are now stuck paying a higher home insurance rate thanks to him.
They also replied to my husband's below review saying it was a different company... May have been under a different name at the time but it surely was the same people who failed to do what's right which is both WYATT and HIS WIFE! Shameful to try and act as if it wasn't you guys.
