One of the last friendly and honest neighborhood restaurants left in the city. Plenty of outdoor seating with rustic furniture, very friendly and genuinely attentive servers. The food quality is good, reasonable portions; overall service is excellent. In a better world, a restaurant like this one would be a dime a dozen. In this one, where restaurants compete to see who can give the least and gouge the most, it's five stars all the way, a civic treasure.
Delicious, large portions, worth the price. Food was cooked exactly how we ordered, even my daughter's burger was still juicy even though she only eats well done meat. My medium rare ribeye and mashed potatoes with gravy had great flavor, cooked exactly the way I like. I didn't have to do any of the work, perfect Mother's Day dinner. My meal was the most expensive so I will base the per person on emy family's meals. My son tried other items on the menu and said his friend loved his vegan burger.
Nice staff, dog friendly, spacious inside and a robust outdoor seating setup which includes heaters above the table that you can turn on yourself, and TVs. The staff was attentive and even gave my dog a water bowl. Three stars though because the food is very basic. It was good, I enjoyed it, but the quality was very mediocre. I’ll be back and will try their drinks - four starts if they end up being good.

An early lunch of a burger and fries for me here. The food was as ordered and delicious. The service was great! I'd eat here again when I'm in the area.

This restaurant has a great ambiance and their outdoor patio is dog friendly. I got the NY steak rare ???? and it was very good. Sorry the photo is blurry. The main issue I had with Bell Tower is their service was horrible. The waiters kept forgetting my order, it took 45 minutes to just get served a beer, which came after I was halfway done my meal. However, when I got.my bill, they did not charge me for the beer, which was nice of them. Still, if they hired better wait staff, the experience would have been much better.
I honestly love this place and it has great food where every staff member is pleasant, attentive, and completely reasonable except Mia (dark long hair). Everytime that I get Mia as a server, she has to ask me for my drink order at least twice, doesn't pay attention to my order details, leaves my food sit for too long by the kitchen, takes up to 30 minutes to get a drink as it is sitting at the bar ready. I appreciate Bell Tower, Barbie, and the staff but my meal and experience is ruined everytime that I get Mia as a server.
Excellent locally owned restaurant. Staff helpful and friendly. Ample indoor or outdoor seating. Food selection definitely above average with more salad ???? and sandwiches ????. Kimmy my doggie impressed. Hang out under the table on patio. Highly recommend for lunch.
The ambience is nice. We preferred sitting outside during night. The quesadilla was way better than expected. The buffalo wings were also ???????????????? A lot of options for beer as well !
