The owner went out of his way to help my wife and I understand every step of the repair process. We went in needing a lot of work done and the work was completed on the same day. Took my car there to have routine suspension work done. Staff members from the front desk, service tech, to the owner were honest, straightforward, and transparent about additional services. I greatly appreciate how they explained the work needed as well as when additional parts were required. I was contacted each day for updates on progress. Customer service was exceptional as they dropped and picked me up while work was being competed and done.
Amazing service from start to finish very honest and very friendly. I got updates through our the whole process and even drove my car to me to make sure I didn't have to make the trip all the way up there.
