Best WLM Reviews

We went in the 'off' season. I thought the menu was sort of limited, if you don't care for spinach.
Our waitress, Liz, was lovely, ensuring that everything was perfectly enjoyable. The bar was a little bit slow with the cocktails.
The food was horrible. Everything tasted microwaved, not fresh or homemade. The “crab dip” was shredded food (not entirely sure what was all in it) and ice cold when it was served. The crab Mac n cheese had a pool of grease covering the entire bottom half of the entree. The seafood Alfredo was lukewarm and gritty. The baked cod that we ordered was raw and inedible. Even the cheesy potatoes tasted like they’d been sitting all day and then microwaved to order. The menu was also entirely different online than what we were given when we sat down- the selections were limited compared to the menu I saw on their website.
Waterfront restaurant, great views of the water from everywhere. Excellent service and the food was awesome! I can’t believe the place isn’t packed. I think the word needs to get out. Had a Cuban sandwich with grilled bread and a nice side salad with homemade raspberry vinaigrette. My folks split a Reuben and ordered the cheesy potatoes…. Yum!! Spread the word, the servers and cooks need and deserve the business!!
really good! was put off a bit by the low-star reviews, but decided to give it a try anyway. Went on a Monday evening in March, so definitely the off-season, and it was pretty dead inside. service was really fast, and our orders came out quickly. sitting by the window provided a nice view of the bay, which was a great atmosphere. I got the cuban sandwich, which was great, and a pretty good sized portion, with nice and crispy fries. overall, would definitely recommend ignoring some of the negative reviews and trying this place.
I stopped here for dinner and had the blackened steak. It is a nice beach side restaurant. The service was great. Very friendly and attentive. I really appreciated it. The food was great too. The steak was cooked just the way I asked. One of the better dinners I have had in a while. I would recommend it.
First time there for date night and it was fantastic! First off, let me tell you about our waitresses, Abbie. She was the only wait staff working the six or so tables of 4. (We were the only table of 2) It seemed as if each table had it's own personal waitress cuz Abbie was so attentive. She also knew the menu front to back. To drink we had an Elderberry Fizz, which the bartender wasn't shy on vodka. It was good ????. Stuffed jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon with a raspberry drizzle made for an excellent appetizer! For the entree we both had the New York Strip, rare. It was seared perfectly on the outside and warm and pink all the way through. The side salad was great, no tomatoes, but it did come with croutons and cucumbers. I like tomatoes but I didn't miss them. The potatoes were pretty good too. For dessert we had the cheesecake, and when Abby asked us if we wanted the raspberry drizzle or the chocolate drizzle we said both of course! She said no problem. We will definitely be going back! It was very affordable too! We even took a piece of cheesecake home to Grandma for 7 bucks. Our whole meal was under a hundred!
My husband and I stopped here for lunch with our two younger children and truly enjoyed our experience. Our waitress Olivia was very friendly and attentive, the food was good, and the atmosphere and view were both lovely. Solid beer selection as well! We will definitely be back when we visit Tawas during the summer!
Our waitress was super sweet. The servings were huge!! My pancakes however were undercooked but other then that all else was great.
