Bartender was the best part of the restaurant. She was very sweet. I was super excited about the chicken parm sandwich but it was way over season with Parmesan over everything. And the fries were way over season as well. Sandwich fries and one drink was a little over $40 before too so not the place to go on a budget
Food was ok and the drink was as well, but not the best it could be for the price and status of the restaurant. I asked for a medium or medium rare burger because I like them a little juicy and if you're going to ask your customers how they like them then you should accommodate that. I didn't get that and instead I had a well done burger. The loaded tots were good so get those, but they need more dependable staff and better cooks.
Isaiah was our server and was amazing! Excellent service from start to finish. Much appreciated. ????
Hubby's Bourbon BBQ burger and loaded fries were tasty. Solid portions and everything was well made and fresh.
My Deep South Mac 'n Cheese was only okay. Lighter om the cheese sauce than I'd hoped but what was there tasted good. Chicken was unfortunately dry but at least was okay with the pasta/sauce and there was plenty of it.
Wasn't really a fan of the chips and dip trio. The dips themselves were standard. Chips didn't taste fresh but still usable.
Overall will still go back to give it another shot!
The women's room was out. There was only a men's room and a family bathroom with 1 stall that was locked most of the night. The service was absolutely horrible! In the beginning of the night one of the bartenders was on her phone most of the time excited about that our waiter served all the regulars and ignored us. The only saving grace was they had enough TVs to watch the basketball game and good wings.
This place was perfect for unwinding after hours with yummy food and drinks. The staff was helpful and the patio featured a fire pit. The chicken club sandwich hit the spot.
Ordered chicken tenders and this is what I got! Dried burnt up nasty! By far the worst I’ve ever had. And this is my first review ever. That’s how bad it was.
This is not a good spot for lunch. Waited forever for the one waiter to come out and take our order. He was not professionally dressed and acted as though we’d inconvenienced him just by being there. Tables were a bit grimy. The spinach and artichoke dip was disappointing. My burger was okay. They should not be open for lunch at all if they can’t have attentive staff! There were only 2 or 3 other customers there
We were at Bar Louie last night for a going away party with a large group! We made reservations and we’re late to them but they still were able to seat us anyway which we appreciated. Emily was our server and she was amazing!! All the food & drink orders were perfect despite us making many changes to cocktails, she was prompt with service, and was so friendly! We will absolutely be back and hope to have Emily again! It’s a fun atmosphere for a weekend night with a large group!
