Due to a personal issue I had to back out of my purchase. But Mark, Gentry and Josh really went the extra mile to help me with every single issue I had. We brought 2 vehicles in for oil changes. When the vehicles were return to us in a timely manner they were cleaned inside and out.

We just purchased our third vehicle from the baker garage it was an absolutely enjoyable experience Dusty our salesperson is amazing not high pressure at all worked with us for several months to find the right deal. I wouldn't even consider purchasing something anywhere else!!!
After breaking down on a long road trip we asked them to take a look at our truck. They got us in right away and diligently worked on the wiring issue. They got us back on the road quickly and charged a very reasonable amount. They even checked on us to make sure we weren't having any issues on down the road. Wish I lived closer, best dealership shop I've ever been to.

Very disappointed. I’m a young female, driving through Baker city from Alaska to the lower 48. I thought my power steering went out so I took it in early in the morning. I was seen quickly and everyone was very kind. when they went to turn my car on and pull it in, the car was working perfectly. Turns out it was just a sensor so all that was done was to clear the code, no labor, and still charged 165 for something that is actually free at an AutoZone. I do feel taken advantage of.
This is probably the most helpful service department I have ever dealt with. Very courteous. Mark went above and beyond to explain my problem and what to expect. I left there feeling confident and at ease to continue on my trip. Can’t thank them all enough
