This is legit the only place I trust to repair or have any maintenance done on my truck! They are ways fair and never seaking ways to overcharge me! They are by far the BEST! The current owner and staff that run the shop hold true to the original owner who opened this shop and his standards which was to always treat the customers fairly, never overcharge, fair pricing, and good work put back out on the customers vehicle's! This is the only place that has or can get all the necessary parts for my truck, and who will honestly find and fix the problem you are having!
B & L Automotive/Executive Auto is the only place i'll have work on my vehicle. I recently had a new power steering pump, power steering lines, & transmission lines replaced. { my car was "repaired" in the month before, only to have found everything they touched had been cut, spliced, broken!} B & L Automotive came to the rescue. They had me back on the road in 2 days, and they guarantee their work with a warranty. They are the definition of INTEGRITY. Read that again, look it up, & you'll find everything that an automobile repair service should be, and everything I've found this Auto repair service to be. I've never been able to say that before! Thanks again guys!
Master mechanic in house. Very, very friendly and knowledgeable service. Prices reasonable, not set for draining your pocket. Honest about immediate fixes and what can wait. Great experiences in the past couple of years.
You can always tell when businesses get new owners. I sure miss the older guy that use to own it, but he retired. My car needs a new motor and not everyone is rich, but, I felt a not welcoming vibe like I use to. I have went to B and L for years and always felt welcomed. The only thing that the guy I spoke with did was didn't charge a diagnostic fee and that was appreciated. I hope when I take my vehicle back that it's a better experience. First impressions are everything.
Not only is all the staff very nice and helpful but Trevor went above and beyond! Today Trevor fixed my songs AC on his truck so mama don't have to be too hot anymore! Not only that he let me know his progress often but he did it in under an hour! My son has been bringing his vehicles here for years cause they know what they are doing! Thank you Trevor!
Everyone I’ve spoken to has been super friendly and helpful. They’ve worked on my car twice and gotten me in fast and did a great job both times. The only place I’ll take my car!
They replaced our transmission. The next day the car wouldn’t shift. They charged ys for towing. A month later the transmission cooling lines were leaking and the transmission range sensor has problems, including not allowing the car to start.
Took my car there recently there very honest and fair. Never got the vibe that they was trying to make me spend extra money. Heard there under new management give these guys a try if your looking for an honest fair mechanic.
