Shipping for Filipinos by Filipinos. This is shipped by ship and they double check everything before sealing the deal. If you want faster and more expensive, by all means go elsewhere. For the service they provide, the price and the service is more than sufficient. I have sent a few and they arrive even in the south of the Philippines in a small barrio, they have my trust with my packages now. Edit: My packages arrived at my parents' place and intact, great for a low price if time isn't of the essence.
As much as I like Atlas, the pickup appointments are almost an hour late arriving. Customers have to initiate status updates on drivers. And when they say they’re about 5mins away, they weren’t. There needs to better communication between pickup drivers and customers so customers have the option to reschedule.
Best place on Oahu to ship your boxes to the Philippines! Boxes arrive in 6 weeks, much faster than competitors. And despite what the lady who gave a bad review says, they DO help you with your box, from your car. But they don't have to, and it isn't their job. It's the customer's job to bring their own box. Don't give a bad review because of that, dummy.
There are two girls who work the desk, and the man is often out picking up other boxes and can’t always be there to help. By the way, I’ve shipped a lot of boxes with a lot of companies, and NONE of them come to my truck and help me unload them. I always have to carry my own box to the office, like most other places.
I've been using Atlas Shippers in sending packages to my family in the Philippines. I would highly recommend Atlas because of my great experience. My packaged arrived safe, the box is unopened and the I was really impressed that glass-framed wall decor I included in the package did not get broken. I sent money on Friday (November 13) and they are supposed to get the money on the same day. Until now they are not getting the money. Then I called the company today on Sunday. (November 15) They said, "The money will be available on Tuesday." (November 17) This is the first time it has happened to me because I always send money through this company. This has been the worst experience and this will be the last time I am going to use this company. Unacceptable and I DO NOT recommend this company. Especially when my family really needs money. Make sure to check the company's reviews before using the company.
My first time to send boxes here. I called for pick up. She’s so rude and not friendly. Maybe because it’s already 5pm and maybe she’s busy, but still not suppose she acts like that. I’m not sure if other staff are like her though. I hope she can do better next time.
