If I could give a 0 I would!!!! My flight arrives at 1:00 a.m and my car is parked in the airport garage. I get to the gate and the ticket won’t scan. There’s a worker in the booth that acts as though she’s deaf! I call on the box to be told that a manager is on the way up because the system is updating however while sitting here waiting several cars exited so how is there a problem with the system??? I have to be to work in a matter of hours and of course because it doesn’t affect them it doesn’t matter how long it takes. They’ll never get my money again!
Employee Leah Bundy With job title SP Plus & Mr. J Mallard as OPS manager, very unprofessional, rude, nasty attitude, liars and are discriminators. The GM will be hearing from me, I caught everything on video. Also be aware Ms. Bundy quoted that it would take such a long time to pull up video footage from the domestic north terminal, that will display how one of their employee from allinone security mislead us, however the police officer that came on the scene says that the camera only takes pictures of the license plates in the back and he's been working there for over 20years. Despite our negative experience this is a blessing in disguise because, you've a cop from ATL police department that contradicted the information by an employee from the ATL park regarding the security and cameras, so that proves to me that parking your vehicle here is not safe. So I definitely will not be parking at this place anymore. They just lost a loyal customer for over 10 years.No worries General Manager, all affiliates with decision making will be hearing from me in coming weeks.
Nothing matches the videos on the website FYI. Specifically chose south economy parking for not having a clearance restriction. Pulled up to a restriction of like 8 feet, and the guy acting like I did something wrong, no I followed the airports directions, even did my due diligence and checked everything online. Nah, no clearance is now in NORTH ECONOMY. CORRECT YOUR WEBSITE.
Everything seemed fine til we started to drive off and realized our cars were full of ants!! Who has ever heard of such? 2 cars, no food left in them, both totally full of ants!
**Update Airport Station is TEMPORARILY CLOSED due to upgrades. from April 8 to May 19. You can catch a MARTA BUS from NORTH TERMINAL TO COLLEGE PARK STATION AND CONTINUE NORTH....or COLLEGE PARK STATION TO THE NORTH TERMINAL**
The best thing to do is park at the hourly rate lot either in the North or South if you are going to go to the airport.
But if you want to make even easier, park at College Park and have your traveler take the train there, which is one stop and $2.50 one way. The train is the best alternative if you are going downtown or all the way to the Perimeter or Doraville.
I never have a problem finding a spot. Very convenient for my long business travels. The only issue seems to be that they frequently have issues with their exiting machines (not being able to read tickets or cards properly).
Convenient and well-priced parking option for dropping off or picking up your loved ones. Not recommended for leaving your vehicle for short trips as the other options available at this location would be better for that purpose.

Run by blithering idiots. I’ve been in Ireland for a week and happy to pay for the parking since March 17 but they insist their cameras say I got here on the 20th and left on the 22nd. So instead of driving home to my family I’m sitting here with these morons.
