Best WLM Reviews

I’ll start by saying our server was really nice. The food however was below average. The gnocchi lacked seasoning of any kind, the seafood pasta was also lacking any flavor and the seafood itself, was obviously frozen. This was definitely wayyyy overpriced for the quality of food provided. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for quality and authentic Italian food.
It was a girls night out and we really enjoyed every bite. The service by Amy was excellent.
The prices are high but we found a way to share our meal and the kitchen and Amy were so accommodating so that we can really enjoyed a little taste of Italian cuisine made from scratch in the restaurant.
We forgot to take a photo of the main dish- well I guess we will have to go back to take it next time. We are so glad they survived this uncertain times. We will be back - thank you for making us feel welcomed and allowing us to share our meals.
Charges for bread service for about 5 small slices . Over $30 for watered spaghetti and very marginal sauce. Wine flights were excellent. Gelato was tasty. Over 50$ for clumpy dry risotto and about a three ounce chicken breast. Service was acceptable and friendly.
Comparatively very expensive and shockingly poor quality food. I had the risotto which was $47 and it was mushy with no flavor. The chicken tasted as though it had been microwaved. My dining companion was also extremely disappointed. Even the dessert was terrible, I didn't finish it. How does one screw up dessert??? Nice atmosphere though and they have outdoor seating, but I wish I could get both the calories and my money back and won’t be returning. Wrote the owner and got the proverbial too bad so sad hope you try us again response, so he'd obviously not actually read anything I tried to tell him. Save yourself the exorbitant tab and go eat at a restaurant that actually prioritizes the FOOD. Novel, I know.
I regret to say that my recent visit to Asti D’Italia was a tremendous disappointment. The quality of the food was shockingly poor; every dish was excessively salty, leaving me with an unpleasant taste that lingered long after the meal. Adding to my dismay, the plates on which the food was served were visibly dirty, with the rims clearly showing grime and residue. This lack of cleanliness was a major turn-off and severely impacted the overall dining experience.
The pricing of the menu items was exorbitant, especially when considering the dismal quality of the food. It felt like an unfair financial burden to pay such high prices for dishes that failed to meet even the most basic culinary standards. To compound matters, I was astounded to discover an additional 3% charge attributed to an unprofessional chef. This left me questioning the establishment's commitment to providing skilled and capable culinary staff.
Furthermore, the imposition of a 20% charge for the server's service was baffling. While I value excellent service, the subpar quality of the food and the unclean plates overshadowed any positive aspects of the dining experience. The fee felt unjustified given the overall lack of satisfaction during my visit.
In summation, my time at Asti D’Italia was marked by disappointment at every turn. The subpar food quality, dirty plates, excessive pricing, and the added fees for an unprofessional chef and server have left me with no choice but to assign a single star to this establishment. I sincerely hope that the management takes this critique seriously and undertakes the necessary steps to rectify these glaring issues.
A little pricey but definitely worth it, great waiter and relaxing atmosphere. Food came out hot and delicious. Definitely will come back. I got the chicken Orrecchiette and my bf got the shrimp and scallop scampi. ????????????
Food was amazing! Was a bit disappointed they were out of the braised lamb because I have heard such good things. The service was attentive and helped us pair our food with the right wine. The cocktails were strong without compromising flavor. The scallops were cooked perfectly and the duck was so tender and juicy ???? ????. Overall it was a great experience, they are just struggling to keep inventory in, still very much worth going though. The price is a bit high but you get what you pay for and you definitely leave full.
This is the WORST ITALIAN RESTAURANT EVER! The food is inedibly salty! They say its fine dining and charge $40 for a fish but the restaurant is nothing like fine dining. The food tastes horrible, the atmosphere looks like a third grade restaurant. Mcdonalds has a better interior than this restaurant. If you want to increase your blood pressure please feel free to dine here or else go to any other restaurant and you will for sure get a better food and experience. Extremely low grade restaurant trying to act fancy. My mouth still tastes like the ocean! Yuuckk! NEVER DINE HERE PLEASE! And to add more SALT to the review, my husband got served Irish coffee in a dollar store mug! WHAT a JOKE!
