I ordered the burger because it's national burger day and they had a great coupon on their app. Worst thing I've ever gotten from Arby's!!!! It looked like it was cooked at 8:00 AM. It tasted like beef jerky. I can't imagine why they would sell that to a customer!!!.
The app said our food would be on the shelf. When we got there, the food was bashed and behind the counter. Had to wait on 3 customers to get taken care of before we could get our food. Everything in the bag was cold! With the price of eating out in this economy, you expect quality... this had no quality. I will never use their app again... might not bother eating at Arby's in the future .... these restaurants need to do better!!!!!!

You can see how my burger was put together in my photos.. the tomatoes looked like they were 5 days old.
Vey disappointed
Food was decent but there were a lot of items missing from our order. We ordered one apple turnover and one cherry turnover, wasn’t in our bag. Ordered a roast beef brown sugar bacon sandwich and only got the bacon and lettuce with tomato but no roast beef. In the same order, my husband had asked for a sticky chicken sandwich but got the regular chicken sandwich. We tried calling the store several times but no one answered. We will be going in person tomorrow to get a refund or ask for free food because we were really disappointed with the results.
This Arby's has been around for some time. I am actually glad it finally got a remodel some time ago. The place is very clean and organized, so it doesn't guve off any filthy vibe at all.
The service is as you expect from a typical fast food joint. Only with a bit of waiting becUse that's apparently an Arby's thing.
The food, however, was not awesome. Semi-warm with a weird grainy texture to the meat. Like edible sand. Probably not the best place to hit up.
Nothing but good beef on a bun. Taste is great, Better value than a lot of other places right now. So much other stuff to order, I'll have to come back more often.
I tried the new bacon classic cheese steaks, and the bread was so soggy. The peppers were not eatable and no bacon that I saw in the sandwich. The taste was not satisfying I think they gave us the wrong sandwich.
I Ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich, meal it came with a slice of white cheese with very little roast beef. Also added tomato and lettuce on a classic did not get it but was charged for it, very little roast beef on that sandwich as well. My grandson ordered the chicken tender meal he said the chicken tasted sweet! Hope he doesn't get sick! The Ladies at the counter were polite but the food was very poor in taste and amount. It was a take out order tried calling restaurant after I found out the order was incomplete. But the phone rang four different times. Placed a review on line geeze..Another bad experience from this restaurant won't be returning! Order ID AADDEL38AEA7 very poor food quality!!!
Great meat mountain at Arby's in Lakewood Colorado off Jewell and Wadsworth recommended for the family and The connoisseur of meat. You can't go wrong under $20 for the large combo check out the video "Arby's they got the meats"
Truly fantastic experience for a fast food restaurant! Newly renovated, looks amazing inside. Staff are friendly and fast. Italian sub was literally one of the best subs I've ever had. Lots of very good meat. Competitively priced too! Will return soon!
