Stop in here occasionally, usually slow, but ok. Stopped in today and had Taj working the register. I had to wait for him to play on his phone before he could take the order. Then, somehow, he thought I was ok not getting my change and was surprised that I wanted it. The whole time I was waiting on my order, he was just standing at the register on his phone. The bathroom almost always needs cleaned. There is always toilet paper and paper towel pieces on the floor. The restaurant dining area is usually clean, but that's just because nobody goes here. The drive-thru is as ridiculous as going in. Last time, we just left after waiting for 5 minutes for them to take the order. The whole crew needs to be replaced with people willing to do the work.
Ordered ahead of time and it still took 10 minutes extra. Sandwich’s are so smashed together that I thought I only got one sandwich, curly fries cold and hard and dumped upside down in the bag. When I pulled up it looked like it was closed it was dim in and around building.
We ordered four sliders as part of our order, but they misheard us in the drive-through window and gave us four classics instead. The receipt was correct but I went back inside because it's not what we had ordered. Not only did they refund us, but we kept the classics AND they made the sliders! Incredible customer service!! Will always come back to this location when we're in the area!
My Buffalo chicken wrap was less then good. 1 chicken strip per half. 1 piece of onion, w piece of lettuce. 1 tomato for the whole thing. I’m not impressed. The lemonade was at least decent.
Food was fresh and tasty. Restaurant was pretty clean considering lunch rush had just ended. Would definitely go back again.
Made us move away from the drive thru because they had to make my fish fresh. After 5 min. I went in to see what was the hold up and when I got my sandwiches, they were not hot.
I hadn't been to Arby's in quite some time, and I had some coupons. I ordered a Greek gyro, jalapeño bites, and a cherry turnover. I was not disappointed. The store was clean and the staff was pleasant.
We ordered Reubens and our food was ice cold. The bread was even cold & hard. Fries were cold & inedible. The last three visits to this Arby's location have been disappointing. We aren't going back anymore.
