The staff at Alfords is AWESOME! They are very friendly and provide quick service at an affordable price, now how many mechanics can you say that about!! I live in Bowling Green but the honesty in service and fair pricing is worth the drive for me! I won't go anywhere else!
Was passing through the state with my 1 year old. Truck started making crazy noise. Wasn't sure where to go to get looked at and called around. Alford's agreed to stay open late and wait for me to get there. They found the issue quickly and fixed it for free. Amazing people there and the fact they stayed open later for me is all you need to know about this group.

Very nice people. Wish they had a tow truck but they are friendly. And stand behind there work. Or at least did for me. I was most definitely not the best customer but when another issue came up with same part of truck they made it right. I offered to pay extra cause the part was bad and they stood behind there work. Again very nice people. And altho I hope I'm not back . I ll be back again
